The store is a bit small. Looks more like a to go place. Take out only. There was no wait. Cashless payment by credit card is available.

Ordered on the spot took and it took about 5 mins.
This place is legit, it’s exactly something you can find in Thailand. Their ginger rice is so aromatic and tasty. Their sauce is also really good on rice.

Natcha was helpful and nice. Chicken in soup with spinach was also delicious. Super flavorful. Chicken was tender and juicy. I highly recommend this place for Thai chicken rice (khao man gai) would go back if I was ever in the neighborhood.

Order via uber eats . Easily to be the best chicken rice in SF for me ! Love that staff always pay attention for my special request . Even they increase the price but still cheaper than other places , especially when you compare the quality and the portion of the food ! Keep it up guys !

This place is disturbingly bad.

The food requires barely any skills. You and me can definitely make it ourselves. The soup was good, and the rice was not bad, but the price is unreasonable.

The logo and name was creative and cool tho, which is what drew me in initially, but it’s sad they couldn’t do better with the food itself…

I accidentally found this restaurant on my way to the Japanese garden. I ordered a traditional chicken rice and it was certainly delicious like eating this plate in Thailand. Sorry for taking this picture during the middle of my lunch.

I’ve been coming here for years and this place used to be good. However the last few months something is definitely changed and it’s only ever the same one guy working there that other reviews have mentioned. He acts like he’s bothered by customer orders. The last time we went we ordered pickup via door dash and on arrival he said he was out of chicken. Then we told him we already paid, so he said in an annoyed tone that he can make it but come back in 10 minutes. Then we got home and ate it and got pretty sick.

I’d avoid this place, there’s much better options in the area that won’t give you attitude and food poisoning.

We should have read the reviews here before coming but we definitely got scammed. There was only one guy working here and he refused to let us use the restroom after we ordered – my sister was in a rush and I asked to cancel our order instead. He insisted that it was impossible to cancel an order and refused to do so, so we just left and we’ll have to file a dispute with the credit card company.

But we definitely got scammed and he still refused to give us our money back despite not giving us our food 🙁

I went in with my sister and after we paid at the kiosk, we asked if there was a bathroom. He said there was none so we asked if we could refund it and eat somewhere with a restroom. (Not having a restroom violates the California AB1017 public restroom: rights to restroom act of 2021) He threw the receipt at us and told us to refund it at the kiosk. (Not sure if the kiosk even has that function) He was unpleasant to talk to and refused to refund us even though he didn’t make the food. He insisted he didn’t know how to refund us. He quite literally scammed us. Would not be returning.

I don’t think anything was seasoned. Look at the photos of the non breaded chicken, it tastes exactly how it looks: bland and boiled. How is this considered Thai food? Sixteen dollars for a plate of chicken and rice with no flavor. Even the hot sauce tasted like it came out of a can. 2 stars for it being edible, at least it didn’t taste bad and I didn’t get sick

Apparently “healthy” means seasoning free. it was dead silent, the air was thick with oil and must, and the food wasn’t even salted. I got the chicken katsu and it was crunchy enough, but again, no seasoning. it came with a sweet and sour sauce, and that was the only source of flavor in the whole everything. I also got mango sticky rice. it was proudly flavor free and chronically overcooked to a sad conglomerate block. this place is a definite skip for me.
