We haven’t been here in a good minute so we had to check it out. Ordering was on the slow side as there was only one person taking the orders as well as filling up the drinks. The cashier was super friendly and accommodating. I only saw two ladies, cashier and another runner. I ordered what I thought was the lunch special shrimp plate, blackened with the Gouda cheese grits and the hubby did the surf and turf, blackened grilled shrimp and fried chicken with the same as me, grits as well as fried oysters. Lunch special was $10.99 and $16.99 was on the receipt. At least I got extra shrimp to take home. Food was served pretty quick. Might suggest the grits be the last thing plated as it was lukewarm and the top was already cooling off. Both shrimp appeared to be Cajun not blackened unless that’s their version of blackened seasoning. Either way, had good flavor. Not sure how the handle rush hour but either way it being slow, time to order was a bit long.

First time to eat at the Wharf and it definitely won’t be the last. I’d never thought about eating here because I don’t care for seafood. But there are several other options. I had the Honey Pecan Chicken Tenders and garlic green beans. It was amazing!

Such good food!! We came hungry and got our food pretty quick. Some of the best lemonade we have ever had. My son LOVED the Wharf sauce. The fish was so good we ened up getting seconds. Hush puppies we awesome. The staff was so sweet and helpful. They made you feel like they had known you for years and were so accommodating.

Nice open seating in a strip mall location. Near several other restaurants if you have different tastes in your group. Very well prepared seafood platter. All was cooked well. Hush puppies were excellent. Counter person was a very nice guy and very helpful describing the menu items. He even noticed my Air Force Retiree hat and gave me a military discount! Stellar service and great food. Hurry on down soon. Highly recommend!

We happened upon this jewel! How many ways can I say the SERVICE and FOOD were excellent? We were traveling back to Atlanta with two Seniors celebrating their birthdays. We walked in to an immaculately clean restaurant and encountered Jonathan. He described dishes and offered taste tests to insure we selected items we would enjoy. All of staff and even patrons were cordial and friendly. As first timers we tried a variety of items and loved them ALL. I definitely suggested the loaded fried tomatoes.

Shocking visit… Perhaps there’s a new cook, new manager I’m not sure but totally disappointed with our food. Fish was not fully cooked. All items cold, hush puppies were old and dried out. And the fried green tomatoes were under cooked as well. It was hard to believe because as you can read my previous posts on the same restaurant, it’s always amazing tasty and on point. Not this time. Disappointed with my favorite restaurant in Montgomery AL. Welp, used to be my favorite. PS should have known when the cashier tried to convince me to change my drink choice, she was offering the beverage that’s convenient for her to make, I don’t drink soda, I wanted tea. She finally said I have to go out back to get the tea… Am thinking ok go back there and get it. You went to the back to get the food…ijs These youngsters. And what if that young lady was the new manager ? I would have to rethink visiting this location all together. PS the seafood bag doesn’t have crab legs, it comes with shrimp as it’s meat.

The food was amazing as well as it being our first time there. Good job to the GM (I can’t rember her name) and the guy who was cooking at the time both professional an did an amazing job.
