The food quality is excellent everything is fresh, well-seasoned, and beautifully presented. The menu offers a great variety of brunch favorites, from savory classics to indulgent sweet options, and every dish we tried was flavorful and satisfying. You can really tell they care about consistency and quality in every bite.
The portions are generous, the ingredients taste fresh, and the flavors are balanced nothing feels rushed or overly heavy, which is exactly what you want for brunch. On top of that, the drinks are on point, making it a great spot to enjoy cocktails or espresso-based drinks with your meal.
Service was friendly and attentive, and the overall atmosphere makes this place perfect for birthdays, early Valentine’s celebrations, or just a laid-back brunch day in Detroit.
Highly recommend We’ve Got Brunch if you’re searching for great brunch in Detroit with amazing food quality, good vibes, and a menu that delivers every time. I’ll definitely be back!
On the savory side, the Philly Omelette was a standout. We requested it without mushrooms due to an allergy, and the kitchen handled the modification seamlessly. Even simplified, the seasoned steak and sautéed onions, tied together by a velvety chef’s special cheese sauce, made for a hearty, indulgent plate.
For sweets, the Peach Cobbler Waffle offered pure Southern comfort with warm, tender peaches, while the Strawberry Cheesecake Waffle was a masterclass in decadence—rich, creamy, and balanced by the tart fruit.
“We’ve Got Brunch” manages to deliver on its promise of an exclusive, stylish experience without sacrificing flavor or hospitality. It is rare to find a spot that offers both a high-energy atmosphere and genuinely comforting food that accommodates dietary needs with ease. For a family looking for a dining experience that feels a step above the usual, this spot is a winner.
My aunt booked this restaurant over the phone for my mother’s birthday, and there was *no mention* of a cake fee. We brought our own cake, which sat on the table—unrefrigerated—for the entire hour we waited for our food, plus the hour we spent eating. The cake took up a full place setting at the table.
When it was time for dessert, we opened the cake box and cut the cake ourselves. No staff assisted, not even to help with singing “Happy Birthday.” The only involvement from the staff was giving us take-home containers at the end—and then charging us a *$25 cake fee*. For what? The to-go boxes? Throwing away the cake box?
If a restaurant charges a cake fee, you expect some kind of cake service. Everyone in our group was surprised by the charge, and it left a bad taste after what had otherwise been a great meal.

I truly enjoy supporting great restaurants, and I’m all about a luxury dining experience, but if you want to position yourself as elevated, the basics have to align with that.
Charging $4 for a fountain Pepsi with 2 refills only and only allowing one refill on coffee is absurd. Even IHOP — where you can have a simple but pleasant sit-down experience, keeps the coffee flowing with a smile and a fresh pot. Those small touches matter. A soda, especially a fountain one, should never feel like a premium purchase.
On top of that, like the clear tape “No Camping” sign was wild — but a mandatory 20% gratuity was applied anyway. Then I was handed the receipt with an implied additional 20% tip prompt on top of what was already charged. When I’m already paying $4 for soda and getting one refill on coffee, the ask for more is… pretty wild to me.
I want to see places like this thrive, but tightening up these little details — pricing fairness, refills, basic hospitality touches — would make the experience feel worthy of the premium you’re charging.
Ambiance: Very vibrant, lively and you will definitely leave with a smile on your face. Nice music, nice people, and cute quick stop for a light meal and a drink.
Food: Menu includes omlettes, burgers, waffles, greens.. Very budget-friendly too. No specific gluten free or dairy free foods were marked, but the Vice Scramble was amazing. GF and DF folks can eat some items here too such as Greens and Eggs.
Service: Food arrived in literally 5 minutes to my arrival and order. Lady was very kind and respectful. However, there is a 90-min max stay allowed from the time of order.
Remote work: Not suitable for remote work. It can be quite loud here. That’s the reason why my rating is a 4-star review.
Parking: Area is very busy as it is next to major hotel brands and other businesses. But parking is abundant in lots nearby in case store-specific parking spots are fully occupied.
Verdict: Definitely a highly recommend spot for a fun and inspiring meetup with friends or a solo stop for a quick bite.
