Seriously nasty rancid, burned pretzels served to me today. This was after the employee told me she didn’t get my mobile order. Told me to ask someone else in the mall if there was another Wetzels there? Had to call her boss to ask how to take a mobile order? They didn’t answer right away and she literally told me to leave as I showed her my PAID pre-order.
Then took a pretzel out of the case and REBAKED it in the sour, burned oven. The bottom was black and literally SMELLED TERRIBLE. Was it even made fresh today? This week?? THIS YEAR????? DO NOT TRUST THIS LOCATION. EMPLOYEES TOO DUMB TO BE ALIVE AND UNSAFE OLD FOOD WILL SICKEN YOU!!! You’ve been warned, srsly, eat here at your own risk. When you can taste the oven it’s time to shut down.

5 stars! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On Sunday October 5th, 2025, my wife and I got the new churro / chocolate drizzle cinnamon bites, the young woman working at 6:45 pm and the young man but especially the young woman was very professional, very hard worker, she seems very bright and should be given a raise and promoted immediately to upper management. The young man also was very respectful and a gentleman. Thank you! You’re the best wetzels BY FAR!

Greasy and raw. I ordered the cheesy dog bites and the dough was completely raw so I went and got a new one which was even more raw. Also when I went to return the first cup, one of the employees was on his phone and the other two were just then getting off from the floor.

I cannot do not share my evening experience with wetzel pretzel, it was really bad, the mini hot dogs was raw not fully cooked and cup of soda is over 5 bucks is too much, I do not recommend to anyone to visit them. Even the space looks dirty, the owner should use new machines.

It’s a decent pretzel place if you’re looking for quick service. I’d give it 5 stars for the flavors that they offer, but they are almost always out of the regular pretzel. I always have to settle for the pepperoni ones. Plus, you can tell those ones have been sitting out for a few hours. Unless you go when the mall opens, they are never truly fresh.
I also am not a fan of their drink options. The lemonade has way too much sugar and I’m pretty disappointed with that. I’ll get a pretzel from here if I’m really wanting one, but you’re better off going anywhere else.

It’s a mall store so I can’t really give him props for atmosphere. The service was so so, not great. The product was really, really good. Very tasty. Prices were not horrible for the mall. All in all I really enjoy the pretzels. Get the cheese.

In the past my family and I have received great service and thought that this location was very ethical, however today 3/13 was completely opposite. We witnessed the cashier give his friends free food on the side of the kiosk while over 10 families waited patiently. In fact it was the last bags of pretzels so all of us had to wait even longer. When we asked to speak to the manager, “David obviously didn’t care because all he said was ok. He ignored everything we had to say. The cashier identified himself/herself as Vanessa and had the attitude that it didn’t matter what we said, he/she wasn’t going to be in trouble. Almost as if it’s ok to give away free food at this location. If this location is losing money it’s not because of the economy but internal theft. Very sad…hopefully things change because I would hate for this location to go under like many other business because of controllable losses.

Today was the 4th time I have come to this place because I love Wetzel Pretzel but this particular place here in the mall is bad. I come here alot to get food from my favorite restaurant, at different times of any day, so I was thrilled when I saw Wetzel Pretzel opened here. 1st visit: no one was there 2nd: girl said there were no pretzels 3rd: 30 min wait and now today, I didn’t get a chance to ask anything because I was just standing there waiting for the guy and the girl to finish talking. Just plain rude! I would have waited longer but I expected someone to say “I’ll be right with you or can you give us a sec?” I walked away. I rarely write reviews but enough is enough. Y’all need better customer service. Period.

I really like their pretzels. Unfortunately, the staff at this kiosk is a bit lazy. Twice with the same employee, I ordered pretzels and she said she will have to make them and it will take 20min. I offered to wait and the first time it worked. The second time she added she had to do some errands.
Just people who does not want to work.
