Very disappointing experience.
The first pretzel was completely undercooked (raw dough) and had to be thrown away.
The hot-dog pretzel was soaked in oil and was not edible.
The strawberry drink was mainly ice with artificial coloring, so I threw it away unused.
Staff refused a refund, claiming the manager was on vacation and only offered a remake after 30 minutes, which is unacceptable.
This is not the quality or service expected from a national chain. One way the food is thrown in the trash is all the food I order; she knows, but she doesn’t care about the customer service. Avoid buying food from them for your safety.

I went yesterday around 5:30 and they were already out of almost everything, the guy was also talking on his airpods the entire time. Wound up getting a cheese pretzel and a lemonade. As I finished paying I caught the smell from the guy working there, I don’t think he had bathed in a very long time. It was bad enough had I not already paid I would have walked away. If you don’t want to bathe go for it, but if you’re preparing food for others thats unacceptable. The pretzel had a very off flavor, almost a fermented quality that had a spicyness to it. I had to double check I hadn’t ordered one with jalapenos. I took a few bites and threw it and the lemonade in the trash. I walked down to the other pretzel place and it was much better and cleaner.
