had a very disappointing experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels in Bellevue Square. The customer service was rude, and the employee seemed like she didn’t want to be there.
I was trying to use a $5 reward and asked why it wasn’t working. Instead of explaining, she kept saying “next customer” before I could finish asking my question. When I tried to complete my purchase, she again said “next customer” and moved on to someone else without letting me finish my purchase.
It felt very dismissive and unprofessional. I hope management looks into improving the customer service experience at this location.

They were helping another customer when we arrived and moving very slowly physically. Almost to the point where it seemed like they were taking their time on purpose although they were not
We ordered just one basic pretzel with salt, warmed up
It was my son’s first time there since he can now have dairy (butter) and it cane out 1/8 burned with 8 pieces of salt on it, including the ones that had fallen off the pretzel and were in the bag
Needless to say, he was not impressed. Neither of us will be returning.

Witnessed the workers using their phone with gloves on and they use the same gloves to take the dough out of the mixer and also serve people that were ordering.
They even left the phone on the pretz rolling counter while they were on a call on speaker. Kind of concerning where that phone has been and the fact that they don’t even swap out gloves to clean one…

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a pretzel place.
I went to the Wrezles Pretzels at Bellevue Square and the staff were straight-up disrespectful. They were rude, clearly didn’t want to be there, and were just standing around doing nothing while customers waited. No professionalism at all.
The pretzel I got was cold, greasy, and tasted like it had been sitting out all day. Absolutely disgusting. It was stale, flavorless, and honestly felt like I was being served leftovers from the trash.
I’ve never been this mad about food before, but this place pushed me there. Don’t waste your time or money. The service is garbage and the food is worse.
Avoid this place at all costs.

I came to their opening first, because my friend was working at the other location and it was good. I tried it again today, my mini hotdog pretzels the dough was very hard and crunchy, and it looked like it had sat there for a long time. I open the second cheese cartridge and saw this. Second and last time I’m ever going back glad that they’re still have aunties Anne’s upstairs Wetzel pretzel is very overpriced. I paid $13 for one cup of mini hotdogs and two sauces. Could’ve got the same thing with a drink upstairs. The owner is very kind tho…
