The cheese dog and pepperoni, jalapeno pretzel were really good. It was hot and fresh. The prices are high though. The employees were polite and fast. They made sure to give me a fresh baked one when the new ones came out the oven.

We were craving pretzels here and decided to get the salted pretzel bites. They were so warm and delicious. They were fresh and one small bag is enough for two people. They have different dipping sauces. We like ours with cheese dip. Very delicious. There were about 4 workers, but only one working(?) and the line was still slow, hut not too long with only 4 guests? Aside from the line I would go here again. Yummy snacks, ample parking since it’s located in a mall shopping center and it’s kid and wheelchair friendly. Extra convenience for mobile pay options.

I took my son to this location because he really loves soft pretzels. I was told that they were sold out of everything and would be closing soon. After my son and I left, another couple with a small child came to the counter and they somehow had a pretzel for their child suddenly…. I could not begin to tell you the disappointment and anger I felt but, I simply walked away. I will not be returning

This spot was not only too packed, they didn’t have their whole menu available, the cheese is put into containers instead of individually sealed already (COVID procedures), the pretzels are way too thin and smaller than their smaller one of the counters, mine were a bit burnt and hard as well. The recipe taste different too. Drive a few miles down to the one in Walmart on IKEA drive in West Sac and you’ll see exactly what I mean. Poor quality for not a lot of quantity.

Even with the sky high calorie intake, the Bitz are so worth it!! The taste is insanely great!! The only bad thing about the slightly bigger than a kiosk stand is the amount of time you have to wait for your turn. even three pricey cost doesn’t detour me! They are that good. #alwaysbuyextra

$1 and 50cent I only had $100bill so i payed with quarters and then she told her friend next to her and said “I don’t know why people pay with change” then i ask her if she can take a $100 bill and said she didnt have enough. So why say a remark ? Horible place rude people

Looks like people have had bad luck in the past. I got a great meal and good service now in 2023. Could probably clean a little better in front of the shop, some customer trash sitting around.
