I had such a great experience at this Wetzel’s Pretzels! The store was spotless, everything looked fresh and well-maintained. The pretzels were warm, soft, and perfectly salted. I tried the cinnamon sugar one too, and it was absolutely delicious!
What really stood out, though, was the customer service. Hazel and Vichita were both super friendly and professional. They were fast, helpful, and made the visit really enjoyable. Definitely one of the best Wetzel’s locations I’ve been to. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re nearby!

First and last time i will go to this place. I went today in the afternoon to buy a pretzle the young women at the register did not let me slide for 1 penny but when it was time for her to give me my change she said she couldn’t return my 3 cents that I was owed, ain’t that something. I canceled my order and got my money back.

I don’t know where to start off at. The costumer service I had received today was amazing. Alexandra was the most helpful, amazing and patient worker I have seen. Her costumer service is amazing she answered all the questions I asked her and recommended me the pizza bitz with the pizza sauce and that combination was amazing. The store was very clean fresh samples where given by Christina and of course the pizza bitz where very fresh. Will now be my to go to spot!!!!!

I normally do not do reviews, but the Wetzlez Pretzlez by the Zumiez deserves 1000/10!! I always come to that specific location for fresh pretzels, the slushies never tastes water down, and the customer service is 1000/10! Thank you Arlene, Christina, Michelle and Pamela for making this the best experience and a comforting environment!!

I’ve always enjoyed grabbing a quick bite from WP! They’re a great place to go to when you want something sweet or salty. I LOVE there cinna bites! Easy to spot around the mall! Prices are a little pricey. Food is delicious & the drinks are refreshing!

I took my two daughters here to get them the sour cream pretzel bits. There were two young female cashiers. I greeted them with a cheery “Hello!” They stared back at me and said nothing. I waved and one of them waved back. Still no smiles and no “Hello” from either one. It looked like they just came back from a funeral. I walked away. No customer service whatsoever! They just lost a customer. I am so disappointed. It is the first time I walked away from an establishment. Luckily, there was another Wetzel Pretzel in the Food Court.

Decided to try this place out for the first time. Way too overpriced for the food you’re getting. Pizza pretzels were extremely bland, if food was decent I could see it being worth the price but bland food for 15 bucks is crazy.

Not busy, no one waiting and I was asked to wait 20 minutes for funnel cake bites. Ridiculous. Bad service. You can defined tell the workers are just slacking of and not doing their job!! Would give 0 stars if possible.
