Everything about this is disgusting. It took 15 minutes for them to make a pretzel bites, just for the pretzels to be burnt!! they tasted like the oven has NOT been cleaned! when i was served my beverage the cup was dirty!
The employee ( seth) did NOT change his gloves after handling cash!!!! he proceeded to touch the food with the same gloves!!! that is absolutely disgusting! don’t waste your time or money here!

It should not take 15 minutes to get a pretzel when you’re second in line behind a small order. I ordered a normal pretzel with cheese sauce, that is it. There was another employee in the back that never came to help this poor boy up front who had the wrinkliest shirt :/
I also definitely need to mention that I ordered the $5.99 combo (pretzel and sauce) the employee rang me up for a pretzel and a sauce which came to about $7.50. I questioned the price to him and he told me they change the prices all the time so he couldn’t do anything. I think he charged me separately for everything instead of doing the combo.
If I get acknowledged that none of this was up to par with how this company wants to portray themselves i will definitely be back because their pretzels are very good but the employees/ training they receive is far from anywhere i want to frequent when I go shopping at walmart.

I had an amazing experience always ask for “Seth” he will give the best maybe even the greatest recommendations this kid is going places he deserves a medal of honor for his hard work oh and the food yum yum yum definitely recommend wetzel pretzel and Seth ask for him he changes this place from basic to 5 star

Dudes are like there was this girl like her name was like Rhea or something like she was awesome and she is awesome at pretzels and also there’s this dude and his name is like Calen or something and anyway he is awesome also and he is super awesome. Anyway wetzel pretzels is awesome because of all the awesome people that work there but these are just my two personal favorite awesome people cuz they’re awesome.
