Cashier was super friendly and my plain pretzel was hot and fresh. That is the reason for the 5 stars.
I originally wanted a cheese pretzel but the guy with all the tattoos was being rude and tried to serve me a brick and was literally talking crap behind the glass and staring me down while doing it. He doesn’t need a job in customer service. I never even questioned the food it was the cashier because she even knew it wasn’t fresh. I’ll be back because of her . She is amazing!

Visiting town and was surprised to find a location and was looking forward to the same great taste but it was disappointing. I ordered the cinnamon sugar bitz which were overcooked throughout. I tried to call a few times to inform the owner or manager but no one ever picks up. The service was excellent but my order wasn’t fresh and im guessing it was bag that was sitting for the day maybe. This was a bad experience.

I’m giving 5 stars because the person that waited on me was so nice! He was polite and friendly!! It’s hard to get that these days, most customer service nowadays is awful!! But not Daniel, he showed me that there are still nice people in customer service!! Keep up the friendly respectful attitude Daniel!!

Burnt to a crisp and greasy as hell. Consistency was more like a rock than anything. Abysmal quality for a Walmart pretzel and that’s saying something 🙁

Ordered two pretzels. They were both extremely hard like they were sitting there for a long time. As looked at the food in the cases waiting to be served it all looked liked it was sitting, the hotdogs ends were almost burnt and dried out. I was hoping when we got ours they wouldn’t be old but they were. I almost walked back in asked for new ones but when your hungry and have a child hungry and are on the go sometimes you just say oh well. Was hoping for a better experience. Customer service was nice but slow.
