Absolutely love this place! The hot dog pretzels are hands-down my favorite — always warm, soft, and perfectly salty every time I come in. The staff was super friendly today and even hooked me up with some free goodies, which totally made my day! Great customer service and amazing food. 5 starts for the staff at the Greece ridge mall location. I bought a big cup of mini hotdog pretzels for my kids… they weren’t interested. The employees handed me a new cup of cinnamon pretzels & told us to just enjoy them. That was so generous. Thank you!!

I go to Greece Ridge Mall in Rochester New York at least once a week and I go here to the Pretzel Place they have awesome service the pretzels are awesome the drinks are very good and the staff there is excellent I’m not sure if it’s the owner I always deal with but he’s a young handsome guy very nice I talked to him every time I go in there he’ll stand there and talk with you when he’s not busy and the food he gives you is outrageous it’s very good I will continue to go there on a weekly basis
