totally ripped off – bought one pizza bites and two hot dogs, costed $30+. two lemonades with mango boba, $20+. the price list is no where to find until you get the receipt.

I rarely take the time to write reviews. Honestly, the most rude wetzel pretzel I have ever experienced. The man who was ringing me up had an attitude from the beginning. I wanted to scan my rewards from the wetzel pretzel app especially because there was a reward for triple the points for every purchase. He said no. I asked, why? Why no? And he said because it’s over. I tried showing him that it says 11/23-11/30, today is 11/29. It was around 6pm. He looked straight at me and said “NO! Not accepting, over.” Then, I saw the cheesy hot dog bites rang up to almost $23 dollars. I said, is this the price? He said, oh, no, then rang it up again, came out to almost $14. Thats insane. At Garden State Plaza, its no where near this high. I said nevermind. He mumbled something under his breath, and then yelled out, NEXT! So rude. Had he scanned my rewards and gave me my triple points and not tried to con me by charging me $23 dollars, I would have just made the purchase. My family loves wetzel pretzel, always buy something at Garden State Plaza Mall or Bergen Town mall, but never again at American Dream Mall.

The employees were very kind the prices are reasonable for the amount of food you get. The food was top tier it made me get more. I loved the atmosphere the Choco Churro bites were delicious.

The employees at this place think they can outsmart customers. The cups displayed in the front are filled with more product to make it look like you’re getting a bigger portion. But when you order, they put a cup with noticeably less inside your bag. Make sure to check your order before you leave so you don’t get scammed.

Worst Wetzel Pretzel location ever. I ordered a Almond Crunch pretzel and they put the almond on it; then back in the oven so it came out BURNT. They obviously haven’t been trained here. They said they would remake it…I just walked away and didn’t return. Please train these employees…
