It’s the little details that come out on every plate that make for a big BBQ experience. Our valley roots told us that serving up anything but the freshest produce and ingredients just doesn’t fly. When you come from the heart of ag-land, processed just isn’t an option.

We visited here for lunch on our way from LA. We came right before the lunch rush so we were seated right away. The food came out quite fast after we ordered.
– Half rack baby back ribs: the sauce was good but the meat was tough & overcooked
– Burnt end brisket: our favorite! The brisket was very tender and the sauce was on the sweet side. It was tasty!
– broccoli slaw: good, the dish was on the sweeter side but it had lots of mayo
– creamed corn: just okay. The corn was perfectly cooked and buttery.
– french fries: good, crispy, and well seasoned
– green bean: crunchy but kinda bland (lack of spice)

Beef rib is huge, but soft. tastes great! Staffs are friendly. Vibe is pretty cool. You will have to use physical card instead of Apple Pay

This time we make reservations and came 20 minutes ealry and got seated less then 5 minutes. We had an amazing time, everything was excellent. Our waiter was friendly and attentive, food was on piont. Highly recommended

Visiting from Texas and I’m a former BBQ restaurant owner. Had the Brisket nachos and 1/2 rack of pork spare ribs. The nachos were okay, but would have liked to have seen a little more brisket on them, and they should leave the bbq sauce off, or at least ask. The ribs were almost inedible. Grossly undercooked and tough. Covered in sauce and no rub to speak of. The sauce wasn’t my cup of tea, so I wish they would leave it off. Service was good and it’s a neat looking place, but barbecue… not.

My wife and I came here for lunch for the first time, and everything was amazing! Every bite tasted like it was made with love. The prices were very reasonable, the staff was friendly, and the atmosphere was great.

The food was great with the exception of the chicken sausage. I believe we ordered was is called the chefs platter.
The server was the only problem I had with my visit to Westwoods. Her customer service skills were lacking. She may have been having a bad day, but in this industry that’s how you make your money. Shifty attitude won’t get you anywhere. However, we still left her a descent tip, more than she really deserved. She even rushed us in the end to leave because she had to leave and my SIL & I were having girls time. If I return and the server happens to be assigned to out table again, I will definitely ask to have her replaced.

Our experience here was very satisfying and grateful. The food was delicious, as was the service. They said it would take 25 to 30 minutes to wait because it was Sunday, but in reality it was like 20 minutes. The food arrived quickly when we ordered. The atmosphere was excellent, everything was organized. Thanks ❤️

Visited on Valentine’s Day and honestly had an amazing experience. Our server Eric was extraordinary, despite the fact that he was super busy he was constantly checking on us. The food was amazing as well we expressed what types of flavors we were into and the dishes that Eric recommended were spot on. Definitely will be coming back just the service itself makes us want to go back

West Wood has solid service and a good vibe. Staff was attentive, friendly, and the place feels well put together without trying too hard. Me and my wife split the Ultimate Platter with fries, scalloped potatoes, and she grabbed a Caesar salad. Sides and seasoning showed the kitchen knows flavor. Meat was a different story. Brisket came in a thick cut instead of a thin slice, and it was dry. Same problem across the board — seasoning was on point, meat wasn’t juicy. The Caesar salad and sides carried the meal more than the main attraction.
