I sat at the bar on a Tuesday night. It was very quiet and chill, for about an hour. It got pretty loud once a large group came in and was hosted in their loft. I didn’t mind, but just something to think about if noise bothers you.
The food was phenomenal, I ordered the guacamole with chips and the Greek Salad with salmon.
The service was good, the bartender was polite, attentive and responsive, even amidst the busy nature of the establishment.

Great experience. Food was delicious. Enjoyed the chicken sandwich with the tasty slaw and ordered a side of their wonderful house made cornbread. Drinks are fabulous. Our server Raul was very nice and warm and made the experience extra nice. Will definitely return.

Great food, great service! Enjoyed delicious sushi and awesome dessert as well. Dave was great! The hostess and other waitstaff were very attentive and kind as well. Highly recommend this spot!

Lots a TV in the bar area. The server was very nice and helpful. Ordered the Fried Chicken sandwich. Was not a fan of the cabbage & kale slaw that was on it. Very skinny chicken, not sure it’s worth $20! 95% of the items on the menu are over $18.

I had my moms 80th surprise party here without ever visiting, based solely on recommendations. I’m absolutely blown away by the service we received on site. Everyone from the gentlemen that helped unload my car, the wait staff, to the hosts and general manager. The general manager was so kind and actually waited at the host stand for my moms arrival, to make sure no one else (staff) may have accidentally spilled the beans about her surprise party. Im in the service industry myself and I was so impressed with our entire experience. The service, food, the space (Fireplace Room) far exceeded my expectations. Thank you Westwood Tavern for making this an incredible day for my mom!

The restaurant has two floors, sushi station, and a few party rooms.
Great place for any occasion: whether it’s grabbing a drink to watch a game, go on a romantic dinner , or have your baby shower!
The food is pretty good, even though a bit pricey.
Drinks are really tasty and not too sweet.
The steak was a bit chewy, but had a nice flavor.
I didn’t like the fact that they baked the whole flatbread; which made prosciutto super salty, and goat cheese lost its’ flavor as well.

They changed their menu, but still found great items. For sushi, the Rangoon Roll is really good, we ordered 2 rolls. Salmon was moist and flaky when ordering it with a Caesar salad. Jumbo wings and drinks were good. Took a burger to go. You can customize the salads. Next time I’ll try the short rib grilled cheese…it’s a foot long and looks delicious. Weather was nice, so sat outside this time, usually we’re inside. This is my friend’s favorite place to meet up at.

Westwood Tavern in Schaumburg is outstanding. The atmosphere is a perfect blend of sophisticated sports bar and upscale eatery. The food is fantastic; the Chicago Roll and the perfectly cooked Braised Pot Roast are highlights. The cocktail menu is also impressive. Service truly sets Westwood apart—the staff is attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. It’s one of the best dining experiences in the Schaumburg area, ideal for any occasion. Five stars—we’ll be back!
