I hesitate to visit when the winter visitors are here, but it happens when friends come to town. Last night’s (11/07/2025) Friday fish special was unbelievably busy, and we’re still weeks from the Thanksgiving crunch. However, it always amazes me how they are able to accommodate so many people and still remain, well, composed and upbeat. And, the food is consistently wonderful. Nope. Don’t know how they do it. We’ve only visited for the fish special, even during the summer, but last night I took the time to look at their menu. They have some mouthwatering offerings. I know the fish plate and the 8oz sirloin steak and sides look like the displayed pics. Yep, must come back for something else. Lunch looks like a good time!

We went to fish fry last week and server was NOT good. She was more concerned about the vape in her hand then doing her job. She seemed to be bothered to be at work. Attitude is everything. We talked to some friends that happened to be there that same night and had the same experience unfortunately. We had to Flag down another server to get drinks. The food is always pretty good.

The food was very good but our service was not. We had to ask for drinks every time. I guess if your not a resident, there is no need to pay attention to your table. There are several places with very good food and very good service that I would rather spend my money at.

Tacos were not much. Mostly empty shells. The long Island ice tea tasted like lemon aide. Waitstaff was ok.
The place was busy but I was far from impressed by the food of the drink.

Located in the Westwind RV and agolf Resort, follow the signs to the restaurant. Walk past the shuffle ball courts and pool on way to the restaurant entrance. Hostess seats you. Menu includes breakfast, lunch, dinner. Have daily specials with the Fish on Friday. Generous portions. Prices reasonable. Service is very friendly and attentive. We will be back!

Atmosphere: clean open and bright, Very pleasant. Service with Lisa was amazing from the 1st phone call inquiring about the restaurant to the end of our meal, it was a delightful experience and she was thorough and extremely competent as well as friendly and fun. Alfonso, the manager came by & chatted, very welcoming.

Ribeye steak was supposed to be medium well. It was medium rare. Mashed potatoes tasted weird. Fish was so so. Fries were warm not hot. Country fried steak was thin and again so so. Server never checked back with us. I won’t go back.

The menu has a lot to choose from. We had the prime rib on Saturday and it was delicious. Service was outstanding. Definitely make it a point to eat here. Next we will try the fish and chips on a Friday.

Five winters in Yuma and our 1st visit here and we will be back…it was delicious. Service was outstanding, food delivered fast, and drinks were oh so yummy. I had the fish n chips special, he had the chicken fried steak….we were in and out in an hour and the place was packed! Don’t know why it took us so many years before we visited here!
