July 2025: We were passing through Massachusetts on the way to New York and a local person recommended stopping at Westview Farm Creamery for ice cream and beautiful views.
To our surprise, not only was it exceptionally beautiful but they had adorable goats who wanted to pose for every picture!
The menu has a variety of ice cream flavors and I went with the Mint Chocolate Chip. Delicious and creamy and excellent chocolate pieces!
Service was fast and friendly. Totally worth the stop!

Best flavors include grasshopper, orange pineapple, and East Hill.
Definitely recommend the ice cream flight if you want to try a sample of flavors. Most of our visits the flight scoops have been well portioned, but our last visit was a little lacking.
Prices are pretty much the going rate. Lots of picnic tables to enjoy your sweet treat and take in the nice weather! In the fall, enjoy pumpkin picking and a walk through the corn maze.

The views are incredible. The day we went there were live cover bands/artists and it was super loud and the songs weren’t necessarily kid appropriate if you ask me. The play area was right next to the super loud music which creates way more chaos with kids in the mix. The burgers were being cooked next to the super loud music and if you want fries you have to walk back up to get in a separate line. It didn’t make sense. Alcohol and music and kids and ice cream all crammed together is not my idea of a wholesome quality family time. The odd thing is they have sooo much land so they could separate the kids from the beer and loud music. It’s definitely not a smart layout. What saved the day was the gorgeous weather and foliage. The hay rides were what our kids enjoyed the most and being able to run around in the fields away from the loud music. The food was meh. Ice cream same. The 36 minute drive to the farm was gorgeous. Will we be going back? No. Even though the drive was beautiful with kids you want more bang for your buck time wise. The apple place in east Longmeadow will do for us. It’s closer and just more family friendly.
Oh and they charged $10 for 1 beef patty with a slice of cheese on top and in between cheap yellow buns. You still have to add the dressing to it btw. Ridiculous. No fries included.

This was unfortunately not the enjoyable fall activity it normally is. The indoor grill was closed and the food trucks that were advertised on the company’s socials weren’t there. All they had was an outdoor grill with burgers and hot dogs, which unfortunately did not have any options for the vegetarian in our group. Generally speaking, the customer service was barely there. Every staff member we crossed paths with just seemed like they didn’t want to be there. On the bright side, the hayride to the pumpkin patch was a blast as always, and the live music was fantastic. Unfortunately, the lack of food options and the temperament of the staff really put a damper on the experience as a whole, and we’re hoping things shape up for next year.

Nice view, great location. Good enough food options. Went in on a rainy weekend so they were out of cider doughnuts and most stuff. But got a Boston cream pie ice cream, was pretty average.

EXPENSIVE! Ice cream prices go up every year and now the portions are smaller as well. They have a great view but get ready to pay for it. Then of course they flip the thing around for you to give them a tip (just for doing their job), while they stare at you. The kids behind the counter must all be making $60 an hour just on tips. seriously. $12 for a sundae is quite a lot, but I was charged $17(!) because I wanted both hot fudge and caramel, like they used to do for the Samoa sundae. The girl was super smug about it. I didn’t argue too much because I didn’t want to hold up the line. But I don’t appreciate that at all.

An unusual spot to find a farm, scoop shop, beer tent, goat petting zoo, and live music, all on one property. On the day of our visit, everyone seemed to be having a good time. There was a band playing, and families were feeding the goats.
Ice cream can be purchased indoors by the pint, or you can wait on a line outdoors for cones and cups.
The creamery is a celiac-safe place. Many of the ice creams are gluten-free. At your request, the staff can open a fresh tub of ice cream and use a new scoop to avoid cross-contamination.

Beautiful pastoral location with a twenty mile view to the west. Home-made ice cream with a good variety. Great place to bring the kids as there are goats you can feed and pet…. Plenty of picnic tables as well. Would be spectacular in the fall with the foliage changing! Worth the trip

Great food and service! Ice cream was amazing! Beautiful sunset views! A small goat petting area. Music and events on some summer weekends. Great fall activities like hay rides and corn maze. What a beautiful place!

Always been a favorite spot to visit, from childhood on. I now bring my own baby here to pet and feed the goats, and she loves the play-space. The food and ice cream have always been great, and the service is always welcoming and friendly. I do miss the variety of animals that were there in the past, but I appreciate the expansion of entertainment and family events.
