My very first time on this coast line so it is also my first time having Westside Pizza. I’ve gotta say based on this if I plan on getting pizza again while I’m here. I’ll definitely be returning! Worth every cent in my books. Mad love from a Pennsylvania native

Tried to order delivery from Westside Pizza on Cordata Parkway in Bellingham. The website was broken—promo code kept failing—so we called. Told them our address (3 miles away), and they said,
“We only deliver to Bellingham.”
WE ARE IN BELLINGHAM.
Instead of helping us with the promo, they tried pushing a different deal we didn’t want. So we fought the broken website ourselves—47 page refreshes later, we finally got it to work.
ETA: 6:45pm
Delivery time: 7:20pm
The driver hands off the pizza and heads back to the car.
I ask, “Where’s the soda?”
“I don’t have one.”
“Is it on the receipt?”
“No.”
“Can I have a copy of the receipt?”
“Oh… the Pepsi. I’ll bring it back.”
She never did.
An HOUR later we call the store.
“We’re not sending it. We only have one driver.”
“You can come get it, or grab it next time you’re in.”
No refund. No apology. No accountability.
Oh—and the pizza and breadsticks? Uncut. Like they just dumped them in boxes and peaced out.
This place is a joke. From the glitchy website to the lazy service and zero customer care.
How the hell are you still in business?

I stopped by the Westside Pizza on Cordata Way for my lunch break. I arrived within 15 minutes, but the pizza was just kind of coldish, not hot, and the taste was off, really strange. The employee didn’t greet me well—his customer service was really lacking and just didn’t seem to care. The crust was also odd—it felt like it had been frozen in the freezer for a year. I disliked it so much that I had to throw the pizza away and go grab another pizza down the road by Walmart. Overall, it was really mid—I’d give it a 2 or 3 out of 10. I can’t recommend this place. If you want great Westside Pizza, go to the one on Lake Whatcom—it’s so much better.

I don’t know what happened to this place but it is absolutely terrible now. Used to be able to get great pizza here. Customer service and quality is absolutely horrible. Burnt pizzas arriving cold. Wings with no sauce. Half a pizza with no sauce or cheese. Delivery a hour late food cold. The list goes on. It’s ridiculous.

They literally can’t NOT burn a pizza. I’ll attach pictures from multiple visits over the last year.
I used to love the coming to this location but it has gone downhill in the past few years.
When you order, it takes like 45+ minutes to walk out with a carry out order now.
I’ve had my order wrong multiple times and won’t leave the parking lot until I check my order.
Almost always, the pizza and breadsticks are way overcooked or completely burnt.
I’ll drive to Ferndale now to get Westside instead of coming here.
I’ve tried contacting corporate and they could literally care less about holding this place accountable. The 100% satisfaction guarantee on their boxes is a complete lie.

The gentleman working tonight, the second we put our order in online called us and explained how long it would be and told us how quick it would be if we came and got it. The fact he took the time to call us and communicate their schedule is amazing and exactly how a business should be ran by employees. Appreciate it.

The pizza is amazing here if you order by the slice. Their slices are a piece of pizza heaven. After enjoying their slices you’d think their whole pies wouldn’t be just as tasty, sadly no. From what I understand they make the slices better because they cost more money. I don’t mind paying more for a whole pie as long they’re made with the same love as the slices get. So just charge more for your pizzas, problem solved. Put the pepperoni on top of the cheese like everywhere else. People will not complain about the higher prices if the pizza is as good as the single slices you guys sell……guaranteed, unless they’re kids who are broke and don’t care about food quality. Let them order dominoes or Pizza Hut, pizza made by kids for kids. You guys should be making pizza for adults who don’t mind paying extra for better quality.

I ordered pick up from the Cordita location and the place was dead, two guys up front doing nothing but playing on their phones. I felt like I was bothering them by even approaching the counter. I had ordered 2 pizzas, one with double olives the the other with mushrooms and peppers, the olive pizza was not very olivey, if I had ordered half olives, this would have been the correct amount. I also got a raspberry desert, they forgot the side of icing, so despite being so slow that they were on their phones, they didn’t have time to check the order and make sure it was correct, didn’t include any parmesan cheese or red peppers, didn’t ask if I needed them.

Tried to get a pizza for my crew at work. Spent $80 on two pizzas. Then they sent me this. It’s not even edible. Tried to complain to get the issue fixed. All they would do in send me another pizza. Just one. Now my crew is upset. It was the Door Dashers fault, but If westside won’t make it right for a customer, then i will never be back.

Honestly no stars. Won’t go back. Slimy salad and over cooked pizza that took out my mom’s tooth. Hello it was a thin crust??? I was given credit but not for my delivery fees so I’d have to pay that again. No thank you…
