I did a door dash pick up from here and it was my first time going in but the lady who owns it and cooks was extremely pleasant to be around. There was a wait for my order but it was only because she had a lot of orders and she was the only one there so she had to cook, answer the phone and do everything. I tried ordering a couple of burgers, but they were not willing to make them without some of the toppings. I requested meat and cheese only, they said that it is not possible to order it like this.
They must just buy the pre made food and warm it up in a microwave or something. This would explain the other reviews I see that consistently say bland or season less food.
