Dont order wings if you want them to be extra crispy. I ordered wings online with 2 different notes about wanting the extra crispy. Then we called them to verify the notes were seen. When they delivered the wings they had rubber skin. So they went directly in the trash can… Beware if you like extra crispy wings because they have no clue how to make them!

As a frequent Westshore Pizza eater, I’m disappointed in the experience I had this evening and will most likely not be returning. I picked up and paid for my order in store and there was a horrendous smell when I was handed my pizza. almost like dirty laundry. I brought the two pizza boxes out to the car and immediately my girlfriend grabbed them and was like “what is that awful smell”. The entire car absorbed the aroma of dirty laundry and I called back into the location to speak to a manager and just let them know that we’ve never smelt anything like this per our previous orders and asked if it was the boxes or the employee working and the manager indicated it wasn’t his employee because it was his son and that it might have been a plumbing issue within the building. The manager said that he’s never heard of a complaint like this and ended up just hanging up but with the smell of our food and the boxes it came in, we are so averted and will not be eating this. Be weary of management and sanitation standards here!!!!

Initial order and the delivery was quick with the food in appropriate packaging. Ordered a personal size Jamaican jerk pizza(plenty of kick but just ok overall, recommend more cheese), meat lovers calzone(excellent with fresh ricotta and cooked just right), large cheese and pepperoni pie(average), and garlic knots(very tasty). Pricing was reasonable.

Westshore has great deals and friendly staff. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a smile. I came in for a slice, but after a certain time, they only make pies ; the upside to that is the price was very affordable so I was able to feed my whole family for under $20. Plus, they gave me a coupon to apply on sight. Will definitely return!

I am local in the area,and have been getting pizza from here for about 5 years. About a year ago it steadily went down and I stopped going. I decided to give them another chance and was completely disappointed. Pizza is lacking cheese on one side pretty much just a pile of sauce, uneven crust and ingredients. One slice had two pepperonis etc. Zero care went into making this $22.00 pizza. To top it off girl working the counter had a poor attitude and seemed as if she didn’t want to be there and pizza cook was on his phone behind the line. There are a ton of places to choose on the area if you guys want to stay in business you need to do better!!!

Well where to start, staff slightly rude which was a sign of things to come. Ordered wings, extra crispy with sauce on the side. The wings were barely cooked, skin yellowish and rubbery, had to finish cooking in the oven. Philly cheese steak, decent amount of meat but that’s where the good ends. Meat had no flavor and I’m not sure where the cheese was, the onions, peppers, and mushrooms was the only flavor the sandwich had. Meatball sub had very little cheese and the sauce seemed to taste like plain tomato sauce. Absolutely a waste of 80.00, will never return.
