The atmosphere is lovely here, but… we paid $75 for a burger and fries, fish tacos, and two drinks (a lava flow and a virgin lava flow). This is an expected price around Maui, so whatever, right? Except the food and drinks we got were pretty dismal. The drinks come in tiny plastic cups and were not even comparable to others in similar locations. I ordered my fish tacos with no salsa. One was overloaded with cabbage and the other was overloaded with… salsa. The fish wasn’t cooked poorly, but everything else on the plate was pretty gross. The worst was the tortillas. They were dry, crumbly, and nowhere close to fresh tasting. The burger was not cooked to order, it was hard to eat it was so dry, and the fries were the more decent of the menu items. Overall, don’t show up expecting to get your money’s worth.

This is Leilani on the beach.. It was a nice place waiter was very nice and attentive. We started with drinks and appetizers ceviche with chips, coconut shrimp, and chips n salsa amazing. Entree was good however the sides were a kids handful could have put more on plate for the price and the green beans were under cooked for my liking. Lots of older people in restaurant green beans should be softer in my opinion.

The food is quite elevated for what you’d order around a bar. The menu is fairly standard for what you can get from the resort. So it’s the same menu for anything on the resort that isn’t one of their local restaurants which are great. The service people go abo e and beyond and make you feel like they know you even if they deal with thousands of people a year. Loved the attention to detail. And as far as the atmosphere, you’re at a 4 star resort located next to the ocean in Maui. Fire pits, sand, pools with waterfalls. One heck of a watering whole for anyone not trying to go off the resort for a relaxing time and comeraderie with friends and complete strangers.

Fun bar, lots of TVs, solid drinks bout price is typical for a hotel. I like the rum drinks and the tequila ones were good too. Went for dinner twice and food was great, service can be a bit all over the place when they r busy but the staff was really nice and definitely doing their best.
