The owner is more worried about talking then serving her customers. She has mest up my food multiple times. One time I ordered a cheeseburger sub and got a cheese steak I asked for a sprite and got a coke.i made a joke and said next time I want food I will come around and put order in myself. She got pissed and said wy do you come in then. My response i guess im a idiot she said I guess you are I said I won’t be back she said good. Im sorry as the owner she should be firing people for being that bad at their job.even the old guys that are regulars make comments.when i came in i would always hope one of her employees would be working at least then you get service lol

So this was not a good experience from start to finish trying to order takeout. First, there are multiple menus online, all different, all with the same address and phone number. When I called i was told the menus online were wrong. So then I ordered blindly. There were no lunch specials for takeout and only one size sub. I do not think for a sub and a fry (I ordered small but probably only one size like the sub) 15$ is appropriate. Its not a reasonable price for lunch especially when it’s a fry and a chicken sub. It took over 30 minutes for the sub and the fry to come out (was told 15-20 minutes) and when I got to my home which is exactly 6 minutes away my sub roll was soaked! The roll looked like a hot dog bun!!!! Fries were good but other than that nooooooo. Never again!!!!!

Today me and a friend decided to stop by the establishment for the first time. We played some music on the iTunes machine, had a cranberry & vodka and enjoyed the taco Tuesdays specials.

I came here to hang out at 11:30p. The sign says open until 2am. The patrons and employees saw me knocking on the door. They simply laughed and continued their conversations. Guess I won’t be back since they’re an exclusive lounge.

Got wings mozzarella sticks and pizza like I usually do. food was still good but wings didn’t have a lot of sauce on them. They forgot to put ranch blue cheese celery and the marinara with the food so I called and had to go back and get them. When I went to get them the people were very rude about it and then only gave me a ranch and marinara and when asked about everything else or even just an extra ranch I was told that’s all a dozen wings get even though it was two different flavors of wings. Not sure what happened or why it’s a big deal to get the usual things that come with your wings especially after I have to go back and then come home to cold food

Door to lounge is around the side/back. Amazing wings! The Stromboli was good too. Decent beer selection, bartender was nice. Cash only was unexpected, but atm on premises. $2.50 fee to use it, sadly. Smoking is allowed inside which was also unexpected. So all in all: great wings, good beers. A bit too smokey but would definitely get take out from the front door entrance next time.
