I usually avoid hotel restaurants a a they tend to be expensive traps.
We decided to eat here because we just didn’t want to get out again after checking in to the hotel and the reviews were good.
I must say we were very pleasantly surprised.
We split the ribeye with an added side of ribs, green beans and mixed vegetables and side salad
They started out with a loaf of delicious bread and butter. The bread seemed homemade and it was hard not to gorge on it.
The steak was perfectly cooked, seasoned well and exceptionally tender. Couldn’t have been better. The salade, crisp and fresh. The green beans and veggies were good but not overwhelming. We also had the add on of the peppercorn sauce. While it was ok it did not seem to be freshly made and was just not the same quality as the steak but I still ate a good amount.
Overall, the steak was high quality good for any restaurant let alone a hotel restaurant. We will look to return on our next travels through.
Highly recommended two-thumbs up

Visited on a quiet evening. we were one of two parties. The waitstaff were kind and attentive.

The ribeye was the highlight. It took about 25 minutes for it to come out, but it was cooked perfectly. The potato skins were huge and hit the spot, though a little lackluster overall. The mac and cheese came out cold, and the side salad was warm and tasted a bit stale. Fries were just okay. No Diet Coke available, but the Coke Zero was fine.

The restaurant is inside a Best Western. My biggest issue was the lighting, since the overhead lights kept flickering throughout our meal. We moved tables but it persisted. I get chronic migraines, and it made the whole experience unpleasant. I wanted to leave but we’d already ordered.

Mixed experience. The steak was great, but the flickering lights really overshadowed everything else.

No question about it, this is the best steak I’ve ever had, And I found it by chance on my RT 66/NATIONAL PARK camping trip on sept 4th , 2025, I made an unscheduled hotel stop because of a minor medical issue, and it provided me the opportunity to savory the greatest steak ever served on a plate, you could cut it with a fork, amazing flavor, just mouth watering. I hope to get back every year.

Not exactly what id call a steakhouse more like a restaurant in Best Western hotel . Its got nice views of mountains. The waitress is very s l o w and should probably find a different profession. The waitress took the order of the person next to us and we were here first .

The guy at the table even caught it . Like really your gonna do that . She did !

My wife and I had there coke products that were really watered down no carbonation the sweet tea was out of a drink machine . The food looks amazing and tastes really good . We had the duck and ribeye.

TLDR: I don’t leave lower than 3 stars unless I’ve been offended, so since I wasn’t- 3 stars. The food was ok, the service was although amiable, very slow, and the atmosphere was laughable considering the price of everything. They have you pretty captive at the hotel, so maybe that’s why charge what they do? I just don’t understand the value.

We decided to eat here and were seated at a table in the hotel lobby area (not inside the restaurant area) around 7:30 the night we were staying at the hotel. I’m leaving this review a bit late, but it was the week before Easter, as you might be able to are the Easter tree decorated in the lobby/dining room? By the time we were visited to ask for our drink order, we had been sitting for at least 15 minutes. If it had been any other restaurant, not inside the hotel, we would’ve left. They got our drink orders and we waited another 15 minutes to actually receive our drinks. (I got a coffee with kahlua which was good, as expected) and we were told that we would be visited again in a bit for our food order. We had originally planned to get a full dinner, but after waiting another 20 minutes before the server came back for our food order, we decided that it was getting really late to eat a full meal, and looking at the dismay on the other diners’ faces as they waited longingly for their food, we decided that waiting for a full dinner would put us past our food cut off window . We ordered appetizers instead:

Baked Garlic Brie (Served warm with toasted mini bread slices) – we did enjoy this but felt that it wasn’t served with enough bread slices and had to order more as there was a lot more cheese than bread.

Pretzel & Cheese (2 /g. Pretzel sticks and warm cheese) the pretzel bread was a bit dry and the cheese sauce tasted as if it were an opened can of GFS nacho cheese. For the price, we had hoped for a bit better texture and flavor.

Shrimp Cocktail (6 jumbo shrimp served with cocktail sauce, chopped celery and lemon wedges.) The member of our party who ordered this enjoyed it.

Like I said, we had initially hoped to order a full dinner here but we’re happy that we didn’t because by the time we received our appetizers it was almost 9pm. We couldn’t believe everything was taking so long as we didn’t see the place as being over busy or crowded.

I’m not sure if there was any music playing, because we were seated in the lobby area. Therefore, I can’t really comment on atmosphere because we were in a hotel lobby sitting next to families with children who were tired from waiting for food.

I’m thinking the pricing may be where it is because of the captivity of the audience, because charging real steakhouse prices for what we saw coming out on other diners’ plates seemed steep to me in my opinion.

The wine list is fairly short, consisting of mostly California wines. The whiskey/bourbon list is pretty decent and the rest of the spirits lists are pretty standard.

Very relaxed atmosphere, quiet, the Steak & Ribs were very good, cooked to order. The side salad was good crisp with different greens, cucumber, tomato.
Had a drink made – it was very good.
Profesional and courteous Host-Server

We had the steak and ribs.
Food was okay, not delicious but, not horrible. It was a bit pricey, considering food quality and atmosphere.

However, we thought our server, Alfredo was great! Despite the food taking awhile, he was still very attentive and had such a positive

Cozy spot with a rustic vibe and solid steak options.

The filet mignon was juicy and cooked perfectly. Friendly service and a nice place to unwind after a day of exploring.

Worth a stop if you’re in the area.

We are traveling through and needed a nice place to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We were greeted and seated immediately. The view from the lounge was gorgeous. Cocktails were well made and food was delicious! Lovely place but not stuffy. Just the right place for our celebration dinner.

Best steaks in Williams! One of my favorite go to spots and it never disappoints. Very reasonable prices and the steak is always very tender with very generous portions. Servers are friendly and personable.
