We truly enjoyed having this restaurant right at the hotel we stayed at. We came here twice. The red chicken breast is FANTASTIC! The zucchini and squash both very good and the green beans are great. We also enjoyed the new york strip. Recommend them all. The service was exceptional! DALIA is absolutely heartwarming. Her sweet nature is something to admire. She is very attentive and super personalable! Her work ethic is unmatched and if you’re lucky enough to get her as your server- you’ll get excellent service (make sure to tip her for her for the great service you will receive) Overall, we would definitely come back here on our next trip!

My husband & I ate here for our 50th anniversary. He had the lamb chops & I had the ribeye steak. Both were delicious & the pork green chili stew was fantastic! The service was excellent & we look forward to going back on our next trip to Williams!

Huge and delicious! Excellent service from Elizabeth in the bar. Shrimp cocktail was perfect. Perfect. I also had the lamb chops, top quality, tender, beautifully seasoned. No desert, thanks!

We stopped for dinner this evening. Started with a loaf of “wonder bread”! My wife had a great salad and I had a marvelous bowl of green chili soup. Wife had the worst most overcooked piece of salmon ever. I had a full rack of ribs which had a great sauce on them but they also were terribly overdone to the point where the meaty end was almost too dry to chew. We both had a side of what your menu called wild rice. It was at least 90% white rice. BTW we are from MN where we go out in the autumn and harvest it from the lakes and rivers. After all this I will say that your wait staff is second to none!

We decided to have my husband’s birthday dinner here. It’s a very nice location, pretty views. My husband ordered the trout, I had steak. The pepper appetizer was fantastic! Not spicy, but very good! Our entrees came with the most amazing soup ever… you have to try it! Our server Alfredo was fantastic! We will definitely be back here!

Very disappointing. If I could give zero stars, I would. Was seated, and the totally ignored by the staff moving all around my table. After 10-15 minutes (approximate), got up to leave while letting the fine folks who work there that I could take a hint — somewhat rough-lioking disabled veterans were not welcome. The hostess ran me down in the parking lot, telling me that they had a new server and she hadn’t been aware that he hadn’t been by my table. She offered to pay for my dinner, but since I did not say what I did to scam a free meal, I turned down her offer, telling her that, once my mind is made up, I am not given to change.

Worst meal ever, and I have never posted a bad review of anything. A large group made reservations having been told this was the best steakhouse in Williams. I guess there are no other steakhouses. The salad was fine, but it is hard to screw up a plate of lettuce. Of the 18 of us, two people had the salmon which was great. And I heard from the two that had soup that it was fantastic. One person said his steak was good. That’s where the good news ends. One sent her food back and asked for nothing as a replacement. It was like shoe leather and after spitting out three bites gave up. The $38 steak was not the grade a restaurant has access to. In fact, it was not even the grade a grocer has access to. Almost everyone had trouble cutting the steak with a steak knife. It would have been better to buy a $7 steak at Safeway and cook it yourself. The green beans were a bit undercooked and tasteless. My baked potato was half spoiled. Most of the food was cold and few steaks were cooked as ordered. Mine was rare when I ordered medium. The person who ordered rare got well done. Many had to send theirs back for that reason. At least they got warm food back. Others wished they had sent their food back but were to timid to do so. Remember, this is a hotel using their breakfast room for dinner, not a resort with chefs. Considering the menu only has four meals, cooking a cheap steak correctly should not be a problem. On to dessert. The cheesecake was not good, looked like it was purchased from a grocery store. The strawberries on top were bitter. They ran out of cherry cobbler, but then surprisingly had some after everyone chose something else. The peach cobbler didn’t have the correct spices and was a bit tasteless. At least the ice cream was OK. They also ran out of the cheesecake, but didn’t tell those who ordered it and just left them waiting with no dessert. We waited 45 minutes for the check after the wait staff asked everyone what drink they had because they forgot to write it down. Some said they got the wrong drinks. I read the reviews before going and took the bad ones with a grain of salt. I should have paid attention to them. They were on point comparing the food to a TV dinner…which would have been better. Having worked for executives at a resort years ago, I should have gone with my hunch that eating dinner in the breakfast room of a Best Western would be a mistake. I’m sure some people get lucky and get good food, others may not have a good pallette for food. The manager was not capable of dealing with so many problems and became very nasty and rude. I suggested she had a problem with her kitchen so she would know and maybe fix it, and she denied that and she said everyone else enjoyed their food. She is not facing reality. Most told me they will never go back and will likely tell their friends to stay away. Some fed the leftovers to their dog. A good manager would have recognized the problem and at least given everyone in our group a discount, especially since she tacked on a 20% gratuity due to the size of the group. I’m not willing to pay $38 for a poorly cooked, bad quality, cold steak. If the restaurant can’t handle a large group, they shouldn’t take the reservation. Or they should consider serving the food when it is ready, even if that means you don’t serve everyone at the same time. I doubt going in as groups of four would have been any better. The manager needs to learn that the customer is always right, especially when it comes to food, even when the customer is wrong. Knowing how to handle this type of situation is what a good manager does. Had she done anything remotely fair to make up for the problem, I would not have felt it necessary to write this review to warn others to eat at your own risk…with my best wishes you will have a better experience than we did.

The service was awesome, the service was great, my steak was seasoned and cooked to perfection, but it was so darn tough I could barely chew it. I had to cut the pieces really thin to eat it, and it was even hard to cut. My husband’s burger and fries was good.

Totally exceeded all expectations. Enjoyed the filet with baked potato and wild rice. Everything was served hot and full of flavor. Full bar provided fair pours of bourbon. Desserts looked good but I was stuffed. One chef and one waiter on duty but everyone was patient and left happy. Would stay at the Best Western again just to partake from this restaurant.
