At Western Sizzlin, we provide a clean and healthy establishment for the safety of our guests and employees. As Arkansas Department of Health guidelines require that customers wear a mask when entering the facility. Also, that you wear your mask as you select your food around the buffet line. My husband and I both had a 16 oz ribeye. It was a great steak! Thick not flat like a lot I’ve seen. Cooked perfectly. The food bars were great and service was good. We will be back. Haven’t been here since Searcy got the Roadhouse. Definitely a great meal!

Management should be ashamed. I was unable to finish my meal I purchased that was on the pricey side and when asked for a box to take my steak and potato home from the menu not the buffet the waitress handed me a plastic bag with a picture of a dog on it and stated in order to provide a container I would be charged another meal price. The Chicken fried steak meal was 22.00 for one person. I understand about the Buffet to go but if you order off the menu, order to go if you’re not able to finish your meal or they will literally put it in a plastic bag for you. Bad customer experience.

Last Saturday, I talked my wife into having lunch here, I have always enjoyed their home-cooked type food, my wife always has the salad bar. This time I noticed she wasn’t eating, looking at her plate , it looked like mush, wilted lettuce, looked left out all day. She ended up not eating, and I had to get her something elsewhere. I told our waitress, and got “okay, I will let them know”, wow…. really disappointed. Will not be referring people there anymore.

Great buffet! When you enter, you are welcomed to great smells of southern fried chicken, veggies, and fresh rolls. You have to go to the counter to place your order, you have the choice of the buffet, or steak and potatoes w/ the option of adding the buffet. My family ordered the buffet with soft drinks and sweet tea. After you order, you find the table you want, then your waitress will bring your dinner and salad plates. The buffet had great meat options of everything from fried chicken to pot roast (and pretty much everything in between). Lots of side options of vegetables (of all types), beans, chicken spaghetti, dressing w/ cranberry sauce, Mac and cheese, and fried okra (I’m sure I missed something). They have a Mexican food section with cheese dip, burritos, hamburger and shredded chicken meat and taco shells. They also have a large salad bar will all the fixings. The bread section had rolls, wheat rolls, and corn bread.
Everything was very good and the staff is constantly keeping fresh food on the bar. They actually ring a bell when fresh chicken comes out! After eating our meal, we unfortunately didn’t have room for dessert, but it looked really good! Variety of pies, cookies, and a ice cream bar.
We definitely look forward to coming back.

I love this place. The workers are really nice and the salad bar is awesome. I’m usually here on Saturday’s, and I always look forward to my French fries and gravy . I even get to take food home in a cup. Plus a to go cup for my pop. Ty to the waitress’s that are working, they never forget to check up on us and always are on top of this. The atmosphere is very relaxed. The buffet is always kept full and clean

The Buffett at first looks large, But once you get your plate and start making rounds, there’s not as much as there appears to be on bar.
Food quality is fair compared to other buffets I have attended here.
Nothing really stands out here that would be great.
All good could use seasoning from beans to chicken and the fried okra.
Sweet tea was good.
Lots of seating available.
The wait staff was fast and friendly

Air temperature was comfortable. However, the smell from the over head vent smelled like cat urine when it first started blowing.

Overall- Food needs improvement , and someone needs to look into having the air vents serviced it seems. The sausages in krout was not good. Tasted very old and strange texture. I informed my waitress about it And asked her to remove them from the bar.

Did not try the Buffet, salad bar was good but I can say this is no steakhouse. This is strictly a Buffet restaurant. Service is excellent, but the cook needs to learn how to cook steaks . Gave two of the three stars are for Service receive from server. Which was excellent.

The buffet looked terrible only 2 meats available and the price wow. $15.00 with water to drink for veggies. Asked to purchase just the salad bar and was informed you can not get just the salad bar but if you don’t like what is on the bar you can add more money to purchase steak. It is an all you can eat buffet and you can purchase steak and oh yeah you have to wait on your server to come by so you can get plates can’t even walk up and get a plate to eat. I will never spend my money at this restaurant again.
