We certainly enjoy Western Sizzler. If you visit right around 11am or 4:30pm, the food is ready and fresh. The staff keep your drinks filled. Plus you can order specialty food, especially Asian cuisine, right on the spot. I would give it 5 stars. However, the flooring, carpet, feels yucky. I would suggest, moving away from carpet, and instead, install pretty tiles. Carpet holds smells and it really never is completely clean. No matter how many times carpet is cleaned. Also, of you come later on the afternoon, the food is a bit dried out and not as tasty. Wherein, the food is fresher and appealingly closer to lunch and supper.

Food was good, staff was very friendly. The layout of the food made it easy to access. Everything was fine until I went to use the bathroom. It was as bad, if not worse than the porta potties we had to use in Iraq. Had I used the bathroom first, I would have left without eating.

I had to ask multiple times to clear off a table so that my elderly mother who has difficulty walking could sit down closer to the buffet. We had to stand there forever. And I had to go back and chase the girl down again. Eventually,I had to ask someone else to clear the table. Our service was deplorable.. It was absolutely inexcusable to ask for the same things over and over and over. Our waitress was a total flake. The food was mediocre at best.

We had our annual August CSS Meeting here. It was a GREAT SUCCESS!!! The staff was wonderful, the food was fresh and really well prepared. I hope we do the meeting here next August. Heck, if I’m ever near here and hungry,….this is where I’m stopping!!!

First visit to this location, we were pleasantly surprised at the wide selection on the buffet. Salads, cold foods, 2 warm food bars and a dessert bar. It was very good and our hostess was so nice.

We came at the last minute. 30 of us from my Father in laws funeral. The management and wait staff were even better than any of us would expect. Extremely appreciative for their kindness it was personal more than professional. Food was fresh no issues there either but it could suck and our family would return because of the service.

Fabulous offerings for the money. If they are not serving grilled Tilapia fillets, ask, and they can cook some especially for you. I love their stir-fried green beans, zucchini and squash slices. If I don’t see fresh apples offered as a healthy alternative on the dessert island, I ask Jason for a fresh apple and he will give me one. I love to go there when I want healthy food (not fried) to eat. The salad bar is a great place to get a nice salad, too. Always friendly, they go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and appreciated. Oh! And they have a special Senior Discount on Tuesday afternoon before 5PM, too.
