In Colorado Springs to help my sick Dad. One of the Doctors recommended we try this Mom and Pop. We have now been here twice in 3 days! Most of the menu have huge portions and was great ti basically have lunch and dinner from one meal. Haha!
First time was breakfast! I am not a huge pancake person, but these pancakes were the best I have ever had. Added blueberries and they were soooooo goood! You could smell the vanilla from them. Bacon was amazing and crispy. The omelet i had was fantastic and I added some of there famous green chile with some sour cream… perfection!! I’m here another week and likely come back for breakfast the day I leave.

Very short tempered server. Expensive, which is one thing but to have rude service is another. Also, be careful if you have a larger party. 20% tip is automatically added to your receipt with parties over 6 people. Server did not mention it so we almost over tipped for sub par service.

All I have to say is eat here. Went in for the first time and the food was great! Tons of different stuff to try and huge portion. I would imagine that this place gets packed we went in pretty early and it was somewhat busy. We just wanted some basic breakfast meals the first time trying the place but we saw some of the plates that were brought out to the other customers and everything looked so good. We will definitely be heading back to this spot for sure!! Loved it here!

If I could give this place more stars I would. This is my husband and I go to breakfast spot, every thing I’ve ate there has been delish. Now the Bloody Mary spicy with a slice of bacon deserves a review on its own because I mean just try it you will see for yourself! We absolutely love the bar tender and the whole staff for that matter.

Small little place but was packed wall to wall. I ordered Yummy french toast plate. I did not like the French toast (there was no flavor and tasted like bread) and my eggs were over cooked. The hash browns were good. My wife ordered a breakfast burrito and she loved it. She got the hottest green chili and it was exactly what she wanted! I would recommend getting a Hispanic breakfast. The American type breakfast just wasn’t it. I’ve had there pancakes before and those were good. Also think $4.26 is a bit high for fountain drinks. Didn’t complain at all. Just ate n left. I will come back but would never order the yummy again.

The Western Omelette is hands down the best place in town for breakfast! They are always busy and even if there are a lot of people they still seat you quickly. My favorite dish for breakfast is the breakfast enchiladas (pictured in this review). It’s the perfect combination of flavors. The green chili is divine! The waitresses are always pleasant and the food is affordable. I’ve never had a wrong order here. They offer yummy house specialty cocktails during breakfast as well. The other picture is a patty melt grilled to perfection. Super tasty! The onion rings were nice and crispy too. I will never stop coming here.
