WestCo, the Grand Valley’s newest craft brewery, has recently opened in Grand Junction. Nestled near the Colorado River, in the Las Colonias district – WestCo crafts new and exciting beers onsite and offers a food menu that combines Asian and Southwestern cuisine. WestCo sits alongside the River Front Trail allowing for easy access to one of the longest bike paths in the Valley. With a large outdoor, dog-friendly patio and plenty of indoor seating, WestCo provides a unique and comfortable environment suited for the whole family.

We really enjoyed this new addition of o the valley! We had the Fried Katsu Chicken Sandwich, Shoyu BYO Ramen, Trout Dip and Gyoza. It was all very tasty. 10/10 will recommend to others

This place has quickly become a weekly occasion, I’ve almost eaten my way through the whole menu and nothing has been a letdown yet. Definitely make sure to try a ramen bowl and a delicious rice lager when you visit.

This place has amazing food. The chicken katsu sandwich was deliciously crunchy. Lots of GF options for my wife. She had the teriyaki chicken lettuce wedges.
The beer is fantastic. The pale ale was mild with a slap of hops and the lagers have a great crispness.
I’m excited to see what this place can turn out.

Love this place. On all levels they are so much better than the last business that occupied the building. Very happy to have a place that offers more than just burgers in this valley. I’ve very much enjoyed their beer. The lager selection is fantastic. The Mexican, Mexican Amber, Japanese rice lager, and especially the Czech lager are personal favorites. Their sours are fruity, tart, and not overly sweet. Food highlights are the karaoke (curry) fries, katsu sandwich, and the ramen’s. The fries are handlebar style so can’t go wrong with them as a side and the cucumber salad is tasty too. Love yuh WestCo, thanks for being here.

Love this place! Beers are great with a variety to choose from. Foods good, too, but this is the e best place in GJ for beer.

Not what I expected from a brewery. Ramen isn’t really what I think of when I want a craft beer. Food was ok. Service was ok. Beer was ok.
Our ticket was “lost” and waited over an hour for our food and eventually asked for it to go. The cook was actually the only person that was transparent of the issue and I appreciated his honesty. I do not recommend as takeout as it does not travel well. We will give it another shot understanding opening pains but right now not my favorite and a bit over priced.

Really great food and excellent customer service. Zach helped us while seated at the bar and although it was busy he made time to explain the menu and beers and really took great care of us.
My husband had the chicken pho, the noodle to broth ratio was perfect! I had the chicken katsu sandwhich and coleslaw. The sandwich was huge and the coleslaw was delicious. I also had the raspberry tangerine sour beer. I liked that it was fruity and had just the right amount of sour bite to it.
We can’t wait to enjoy more nights here.
