I went into Westbrook last night and ordered boneless buffalo wings to go. Normally I am a fan of their boneless wings. Instead of wings, I was given chicken tenders with hardly any buffalo sauce. I sat in the pizzeria the whole time while waiting for my food. At any point, an employee could’ve told me “sorry we don’t have wings right now.” Instead I was forced to pay for what I didn’t order. Chicken tenders were extremely mediocre.

Ordered food a few days ago from another restaurant and it was disgusting, but didn’t want to complain. Anyways I decided to order from my favorite pizza place, which is Westbrook Pizza and I was very happy. The Chicken Parm was absolutely delicious as always. Also didn’t know they even had Zeppoli’s until I asked and those were the best ones I’ve had in a long time. Their service is excellent as well! I highly recommend! 10/10!

I ordered here for the first time today. I was immediately disappointed. I ordered a sausage and pepper parm hero toasted and a dozen wings. I received a sausage and pepper hero with no cheese. And uncooked green peppers. Almost no sausage existed. It was inedible I threw it directly in the garbage. The wings came out good. But I won’t be back. Plenty of other places to patronize. This won’t be one of them.

At the beginning of Covid I ordered 2 pies that I was going to freeze. I have came to this place my whole life I used to walk here as a little kid, I wanted to support the business prior to its likely closing due to Covid. They pieced together old slices to make a full pie it was disgusting and I refuse to go back.
Today my dad grabbed pizza on the way home, he’s always like their calzones. He grabbed me a buff chicken slice too. The calzone was terrible and instead of buff chicken I got a plain slice with buff chicken sauce and chickdn dumped ontop, judge for yourself if it looks appetizing. These guys are lazy and drop the ball regularly.
I went to school with the prior owners son and they never would’ve settled for this. When these guys took over they made great specialty slices but clearly they don’t care anymore. I’ll happily drive twice as far to Nonnas in the beach shopping center or in PV, both are great options. But don’t waste your money here. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because when they do it right the pizza is good, but your odds are better in Vegas than ordering from Westbrook. I would rather get pizza back in Albany where I went to school and that was terrible.

Over the years the quality of pizza has diminished. The sauce tastes like they just opened a can and heated it up. The crust is limp and has no crunch. The other food is not bad. As far as pizza it’s not great.

Very unhappy! Then didn’t delivery our side salad. When we called back, they blamed us. Also, the chicken parm hero we order had 1 small piece of chicken on each side of the bread. Every other bite of the sandwich was just bread. Truly unhappy! When we called back to speak to Danny, he refused to get on the phone. Girl who answered didn’t care. On top of all this…$2 delivery fee. Don’t recommend this business.
