It was a nice experience meeting one of the owner of the place and I’m glad that I found some Peruvian’s empanadas, and Colombian Coffee. Really nice place to hang around with friends and family. I definitely come back again.

I drive by here all of the time, and have always wanted to stop. Today was that day, spur of the moment. I was greeted right away, the person working the counter was so polite. I love how you support local, I certainly will be in for your flavored honey made in Haverhill! The only thing I didn’t like was the chicken used in the cranberry walnut wrap I ordered was canned chicken. I think it gave it a very different vibe. Everything else was honestly great. I hope you take this as constructive and not as an insult. <3

This is truly a hidden gem. The customer service is friendly and always greet you. The food is fresh, hot, and tasteful. It’s also just a cute and homey environment with lots of knick knacks and gift ideas. I highly recommend the matcha frappe!

You order at a counter and then sit.
No home fries or potato option with eggs.
Order 2 food items and two coffees.
Girl never charge for one item and never made it. She just didn’t seem to know what she was doing. While eggs were good. Pancake weren’t

Outrageous prices for coffee that is made by a countertop breville machine. $7 for a single Americano.. more than $2 for hot water on your espresso. We will not be going back.

I’m a road cyclist, and at times my rides take me by this terrific store. I’m always greeted warmly. So many tasty options food-wise. Yesterday’s iced coffee had icecubes made with iced coffee. Wow! A+! Many nice gift items, too. Pleasant indoor and outdoor seating, too.

Came here after running some errands in the area. Cute general store, had the pastrami sandwich and it was DELICIOUS. I think it’s near a bike path as a lot of bicyclists came in for a snack. Check this place out! Also, plenty of parking in the back.

Edit: Added one star because management reached out about the problems I experienced. I didn’t speak with them – I’m not looking for a handout and don’t want to waste their time – but I’m glad they are concerned.

Summary: Food is good, but don’t order here if you’re in a hurry, and don’t be surprised if they mess up your order.

Been here twice now, over a year between visits. The place is consistent, which is good and bad. The food is good. The sandwiches my partner and I ordered both times were very tasty. The service is always friendly, also good.

Unfortunately the service is consistently incompetent. Both times we ordered for take-out, and were asked for a name when we paid. Presumably the purpose of taking your name is so they can let you know when your order is ready. That is not the case.

Both times we visited, after standing around for a really long time (like close to half an hour), and noticing that other people who had arrived after us were getting their orders, I asked “where’s my food?”

In both cases it was sitting on the inside counter by the kitchen entrance, with a tag with my name on it. I don’t know if kitchen guy was supposed to yell my name, or if counter guy was supposed to do it after putting things in a bag, but neither bothered. I was standing less than 10 feet away (it’s not a big place), so it’s not like I missed the call.

On the first visit, when I finally complained, and finally got my food, I went outside to the car and my partner discovered her sandwich was not what she ordered. I went back inside, complained, and after about 15min of waiting got the correct sandwich.

Either management has not established a process, the staff has not been trained in the process, or when the boss isn’t there the staff doesn’t give a crap and doesn’t bother with the process. Regardless, it’s a failure of management.
