What an incredible gem!! The server was incredibly friendly, answered our questions and was able to make tasty recommendations. It was very roomy, and the atmosphere lent it itself to be groups or family events, yet cozy enough for a date night. Chocolate milkshakes are not listed on the menu, however if you ask you will get one that is perfect! I have only been to Logansport twice, but this restaurant would certainly be worth a trip back.

We stumbled across an incredible gem! The experience was stellar, driven by our server who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and made genuinely tasty recommendations. But the best part? They let us in on a secret: the chocolate milkshakes—though not on the menu—are available, and they are perfection! The atmosphere is great too, roomy enough for a family and cozy enough for a date. Even though I’ve only visited Logansport twice, this restaurant is definitely worth a third trip back!

I’m going to walk everyone through an experience here.
It’s a little busy today because of the upcoming thanksgiving, but we still found parking. We get in, a sign telling us to please seat yourself, my friend and I do so while music from 102.3 FM plays over speakers. We sit down, our all-time favorite waitress guesses our drinks on the spot (the staff are all friendly and radiate a small town aura). We order our food and only have to wait a few to get our food. The food is hot and smells amazing. While we eat, the staff check on us without being invasive. When we finish eating, we pay and leave. Will gladly come again.

We’ve been coming here for years and are never disappointed with the tenderloins. Wouldn’t mind if they were a bit thicker but still moist and have good pork flavor. Don’t like their fries at all as they coat them with something. Tried the American fried this time which could have been a lot crispier but definitely better than their French fries. Onion rings had a nice thickness but we’re a bit dry not sure how that happened. They lost one star for using styrofoam

I was at the west side diner the other day and have a never nice experience. I got the special of the day which was chicken parm. They chicken was fried very crispy and tasted really good. They gave a very healthy portion of spaghetti to go with it. The meal was very affordable and well worth the money. The service was quick and attentive. It’s a nice little joint to check out.

Great food, great service! We weren’t expecting a full house after 1pm on a Sunday, but we were pleasantly surprised! Owner and staff were extremely friendly, food was great, and we had a very nice Sunday lunch experience.

I have eaten here so many times over the years, they used to be my favorite place to go. But the last year or so I’ve had so many bad experiences and I always say I’m not gonna go back but today I am for sure not going back.
The only reason I didn’t just walk out was because my waitress was so sweet and so wonderful and I did not get her name and I wish I had so I could thank her again.
I ordered the bluegill I got four little pieces of bluegill that were deep-fried to the point of being so greasy I had to take them off of my plate and put them on a napkin and then put another napkin on my plate to lay them back on it to soak up the grease. And my fries that are usually wonderful crisp were soggy and greasy as well. So I’m sorry to say after all these many many years this was my last trip there.
