Check your credit card statement carefully after you dine here. They charged me twice for the same meal, and they are making it difficult to get reimbursed. They refused to take care of it remotely — demanded that I provide proof and then they would give me some cash. But the “manager” is never there to do this.

Food and coffee was good. I’ve had better home fries. Plenty of seating. They also have a back room and some outdoor seating. Service was ok, had to ask for more coffee and delay in getting my bill. Price was reasonable compared to other places.

I’ve been coming to West Side Diner for years, and I have to say—Danielle is hands down the best bartender they’ve ever had. Her drinks are consistently spot-on, and she has an amazing knack for remembering what everyone likes. She’s incredibly attentive, friendly, and always makes you feel welcome. Danielle truly elevates the whole experience at the diner. If you’re stopping by, make sure to grab a seat at the bar when she’s working—you won’t be disappointed!

This place is great for breakfast. Cheryl was our server, she has a great personality and very attentive of what you need. She took our order that was Federal Hill Omelet, 2 eggs special and two for two. When we received the food everything was fresh and tasted very delicious and the price for everything was great.

My friends and I came in on Nov 1st around 11am. It was a Saturday post-Halloween so we were understanding that it might be a lil crazy. My boyfriend ordered a breakfast burrito that looked incredible and my best friend ordered the current omelette special. I ordered a turkey wrap that was missing some sauce so it tasted a bit dry. Our server was quite dismissive towards us, just throwing the check on the table. We got the vibe that it was short-staffed perhaps.

I went here to give it a try because I seen it on social media a post saying come and sit outside enjoy the weather and have some mimosas no one was outside I was like great I asked was told NO I CAN NOT SIT OUTSIDE it was just me and my husband I wanted to be outside it was quite and not to many people then the host took us to THE BACK ALL THE CONTRARY OF OUTSIDE THERE WAS A LOT OF PEOPLE BACK THERE AND SUPER LOUD like why seat us all the way in the back that’s weird there was boot available. I had the egg Benedict and i ordered and it was done less then 5 minutes idk but that was weird it was not great at all and also ask for PINK MIMOSA which is also on the website the waiter said I don’t know what’s that..mind you I seen pictures on their Instagram and showed them to her and also reviews here with pictures like a month old and she said that’s our old menu…two different kind of mimosas they both tasted the same so disappointing no orange no presentation horrible …and my husband said his home fries tasted like onions is like the grill is used for everything and not cleaned at all I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN. If I could I will give 0 starts to this place is overrated for real. PHOTOS IS MINES AND THE OTHER ONE IS ANOTHER PERSON REVIEW FROM A MONTH AGO WITH THE SAME MIMOSA I WANTED AND THEY TOLD ME THATS FROM THE OLD MENU. I mean look and compare idk i feel like they treat who they want good or pick and choose who deserves better service.

I’ve only ordered from here one time, ordered the huevos rancheros which based on the photo looked delicious and included an abundance of salsa. There wasn’t a single drop of salsa on my order. I know it’s a minor complaint but it’s always disappointing to receive a delivery that is incorrect with minimal options for refund or your order to be corrected. I was just craving that salsa man! Bummer
