WPB part of a collective of small vendors located within a food hall. Honestly, with many options to choose from. The staff seemed the most inviting. Easy choice for me. The tables were lined across from the different vendors with ample seating.
I tried the Carolina smash burger with fries. My wife, the Chicken Sandwich with onion rings. Both were very good. My burger was classic smash burger style, with ac really good choice of bread for the bun. Washed it down with the cherry wine soda.
If passing through the Beacon, NY area and in the mood for a burger, would stop by and try them again

Ah man, West Palmetto Burgers Co blew me away! This was hands down the best burger I’ve ever had — no exaggeration. From the very first bite, you could taste the quality: perfectly seasoned beef, cooked exactly right, with a juicy, flavorful bite all the way through. The bun was soft but held up like a champ, the toppings were fresh, and everything just came together like burger magic.
The vibe in the spot was welcoming, and the staff made the experience even better with their friendly, fast service. You can tell they care about what they’re serving and who they’re serving it to.
If you love burgers (or even if you think you do), do yourself a favor and hit this place — it’s a must-visit. I’ll definitely be coming back and bringing friends with me next time.

Honestly best melt in your mouth burger I’ve had! I got the Carolina. Onion rings excellent as well. Can’t go wrong with plenty of flavorful sauces- I liked the bourbon bbq, curry, gold, and tomato best. Also, great vibes in the food hall!

This Smash burger spot in the Hudson Food Hall drew me in initially by smell. We had the Smash Burgers with onions and cheese and they were caramelized, crispy and deliciously seasoned. We each ordered different sides, tatertots and onion rings and bother were crispy and hot coming out. There’s a variety of dipping sauces that are all delicious. Highly reccommened. Just be aware if going on a weekend seats fill up fast.

Came here with my girlfriend today, and honestly, this was one of the best smash burgers I’ve had in a long time if not the best. The patty was soft and perfectly seared, juicy on the inside, and packed with flavor. Every bite had that rich, savory taste that keeps you wanting more. The balance of the seasoning, the melt of the cheese, and the overall freshness just made it stand out from any other burger I’ve had recently. My only complaint? I’m sad it’s two hours away from me in the city because I’d be coming back weekly if I could.

On a road trip back to the city we were craving smashed burgers and this was the closest location that popped up when we searched for smashed burgers and glad we stopped here cause it hit the spot. The smashed burgers were definitely up there with 7th st burger. Get the onion rings with it!
