I’ve been going there on and off for the past 5 years, never had a bad experience. My wife loves this place because they use less tomato sauce in their pizza than most others. They have recently remodeled and the insided has a brighter color scheme.

The pizza is just ok, but typical for Boston pizza. The cheese is kinda thick and yucky to me. But I’m from NYC so I like a different style of pizza that seems to barely exists in Boston. They also sorta got my order wrong – I selected sausage but asked for pepperoni in the notes because it wasn’t an option on seamless. They should fix their seamless menu.

Ordered a Prosciutto Italian from here and it was fantastic. Nice and simple (prosciutto, fresh mozz, basil, balsamic and tomato) on some great bread. Love this style Italian sub and the people working there were super friendly and appreciative. Thank you and I will certainly be back!

I get their Greek salad with tuna a lot. The original ladies who were there are missed, the new staff are making a lot of mistakes and missing ingredients in the salad or give a regular salad instead of the Greek salad.

Decent pizza but they messed up my order three times in a row, and then told me they would refund me but didn’t. The first time, my pizza took over an hour an a half to arrive, and arrived cold. The second time, they forgot my drinks – the driver agreed to go back to the restaurant and get them but didn’t, and then didn’t answer his phone. The third time, the woman on the phone took my number down wrong, so after almost an hour an a half I called the store and discovered that my pizza had been left outside on the porch for a half hour. The driver didn’t bother to buzz my apartment or do anything other than leave it on the filthy ground in the freezing cold. I called and spoke with a woman who told me I would be refunded but I never was. In total I’ve ordered from West Napoli 4 times, 3 of which they’ve seriously botched my order.

Our families favorite pizza in the area and we’ve tried them all. Generous toppings, good crust, decent prices, consistency, great service. Plus, the place is really clean, not grimy like many pizza/sub shops.
