Wow! I have been camping in the area for 12 years and have NEVER noticed this store until today. I usually drive 20 minutes to Homan’s General Store for good sandwiches, but no more! I’m currently enjoying a delicious hoagie from West End, my new favorite sandwich shop. So so good. Friendly employees, clean store, good selection of drinks and snacks. Love your store.

Stop in for first time since the change over. Very friendly staff. Got a lamb gyro and reg hoagies. Was really good. Couldn’t resist whoopie pies while there. Will be back.

Not gonna hype the place up, it’s family operated and very busy on any given day.. there food is good don’t get me wrong there, but the demeanor of a few of the people in there just rubs me wrong. The younger of the two sons is an amazing hoagie maker and extremely kind, but the older one seems to have a “tude”.. Got a tasty kake there last week that must’ve expired last year because it was dry as all hell and the chocolate coating looked like it had melted to the paper.. not impressed by that .. not gonna tell you to not try the subs/sandwiches out cuz they work in a hunger pinch but there are better , just sayin ♀️

It’s definitely different than before! But not a bad different. The food is good, it’s always been clean when I go there, and the owner is an amazing person! He helped me/my ex on a personal level and not once hesitated. I will always recommend this place or the store on south side!

Horrible service from Winnie. Some people just shouldn’t work customer service. Hung up on me when I was asking a question. Very rude and disrespectful. A bad apple spoils the bunch! Zero stars if possible.

Hoagie was great. But I had to wait forever for them because the kid was busy with orders and 3 people besides myself waiting to. Order. While the other kid was busy on his phone, even after his brother( or however they are related ) asked him to help!! So I gave 3. But great hoagie !
