Used to stop in there on the way to work in the mornings but last time I was there the woman (short & skinny) that rang me up was talking to another customer using vulgar language. Time before that she was rude. The owner and other employees seem to be very friendly. Their food is delicious but I won’t go back in the mornings.

After the remodel of the old store, it lost a little of its charm sadly. Food has always been great, good convenience. More options in terms of food and even though I miss the old store charm, I’ll admit that the remodel is good. Got a gyro and it was really good.

Ordered a hoagie with no onions and the kid making it was too busy talking to a customer to pay attention and put onions on my hoagie. If you are allergic to onions don’t go here to get anything they don’t pay attention to what they’re doing.

Wow! I have been camping in the area for 12 years and have NEVER noticed this store until today. I usually drive 20 minutes to Homan’s General Store for good sandwiches, but no more! I’m currently enjoying a delicious hoagie from West End, my new favorite sandwich shop. So so good. Friendly employees, clean store, good selection of drinks and snacks. Love your store.

It’s definitely different than before! But not a bad different. The food is good, it’s always been clean when I go there, and the owner is an amazing person! He helped me/my ex on a personal level and not once hesitated. I will always recommend this place or the store on south side!

this little place doesn’t get enough business and they have pretty much anything and everything in this store…but then BEST thing?? It’s their hoagies and the way they make them nobody else makes Hoagies like they do and they are so good!! And cheap!!
