Caution going out with your co-worker for happy hour. The server was not nice then she charged 20% gratuity( we had separate bills), then charged the taxes and expect a 20% tip as well. For a $20 bill, $10 tip. Not going back, not recommending it.

Such an awesome environment to hang out and eat some delicious food! Monica was amazing and super welcoming! The food was TOP TIER!!!!! I had the Honey Sriracha Jalepeno Chicken, which checked ALL the boxes. Chicken was super tender and well seasoned, and the honey sriracha sauce was perfection!! I even took my hubby a plate home, which he loved!! We will definitely be back!

Update: apparently after my honest review of this establishment the server who I complained about on a previous review about her horrible attitude and service “Savanah is her name” or however the hell you spell It took it upon her self to come up to my friends who visited this establishment recently and chose to say unprovoked “ if I(me) were to step foot there again I would be escorted out and won’t be serviced” that just goes to show you what type of workers this place has! All because I posted a honest review of my experience( not that I would ever waste my money here again after the last experience) there food is good and they do have decent workers but if if you unfortunately get Savanah ask for someone else because you will not get a good dining experience!

Went here 12/27 to watch the ravens game. This was my 3rd time here. Had a great experience other times until this last visit. This server girl named savy who has like a bun and hat was horrible! She was not friendly she was rude and disrespectful! When one of my friends called her out on it she snapped and said “ people keep sending food back.” I sent one item back the filet crostini because it was nasty and had no seasoning. Spoke to the manager the one with the long beard about her rude customer service and he was rude as hell too! Didn’t speak to her about our complaints or anything! Luckily in the end we switched servers and got a great server name Jenna! If you go decide to go here ask for her! She is great!

Held a baby shower there this past weekend and it couldn’t of went any better. Matt made the whole process easy!!! Guest raved about the food and the servers did amazing. I highly recommend booking a larger party at West End. Thank you again for making our baby shower so special.

This is not my first time at west end grill but it seems like every time I go the quality of the food goes down considerably, me and my wife go out a lot and leave reviews everywhere but this was horrible she ordered the fish and chips and number 1 when I say the food had no seasoning I mean it was 0, 2 I got it to go but in the box they put the fish on the bottom with fries over it so in 3 mins the fish was soggy as hell my boneless wings were fair. The Service from the bartender was probably the highlight of my visit he was attentive pleasant and made me feel like I should come back but my overall experience was 2 out of 10 all these pics and reviews are not adding up cause like I said I’ve been here plenty of times and wasn’t impressed once!!!

The honey old Bay wings are to die for. We are tourists from the area looking for a great local hang out to meet people in a fun atmosphere and West End Grill checks all the boxes. It has great screens for sports and a nice selection of beers and liquors. You will have fun if you come here and you will not feel like you’ve been ripped off by high prices. We had 6 mixed drinks between us and 10 wings and our bill was under $68. That’s pretty good in the current economy. Give it a try.

Sports bar vibe and unexpectedly great food! Generous side salad, great clam chowder, great wings, and the gumbo was UhMayZING! We will definitely be back when we visit Annapolis the next time.
