I had a gluten free everything bagel with egg and bacon. The bagel was delicious, soft in texture and not crumbly/fall apart like some other places. You could tell they are fresh, they pull apart like normal bread. I will say the bacon could’ve been crispier for my liking but that just preference. Overall I really enjoyed being able to have an egg sandwich for breakfast. The shop was quaint but had seating for two along the side and two bigger tables in the front. The staff is friendly and upbeat.

I ordered bagels this morning from the West End Bagel Shop and I always find their website confusing. I wanted an egg, bacon, and cheese bagel and then a half a dozen of bagels with a container of cream cheese. That’s it!!! Simple!!! Easy peasy nothing difficult about that order. So I got my egg, bacon and cheese sandwich which was absolutely amazing. The bagel was so fresh when you bit into it, and I got my half a dozen of bagels but no container of cream cheese!!! Then on the bottom of the bag was ANOTHER bagel (toasted) with the WHOLE ENTIRE CONTAINER of cream cheese on it. How much cream cheese does somebody need on a bagel?! I suppose it’s better to have too much on the bagel than not enough, because you can always scrape it off, but look at these photos and how much cream cheese they put on this bagel. It was absolutely disgusting!!! Come on West End Bagel shop, you need to do better. The food was great, but the order process and accuracy needs some work.

My fav bagels!!! I lived in NYC for many years and this place has the closest bagels to a NYC bagel. The bagels are soft, cooked perfectly, and I love the cream cheese flavors and taste. They do get quite busy, but if you call ahead your order will be ready when you get there! I love their coffee too- Jamaican me crazy and Frostys favorite are bomb. I go here regularly since I’m lucky enough to live close by! Give them a try!!

The best bagels in Clifton Park! Their french toast bagel is next level. We came from enjoying Twisted Bagel in Malta (which is great too) but West End Bagels quickly took the top spot. Always quick; order is correct and bagels are perfect!

Their bagels are so good and the employees are so nice and professional. If you have a specific bagel, that’s your favorite I would recommend you go early. My favorite is the jalapeño and cheddar bagels they sell quick.

Stopped in looking for a place with bagels when we couldn’t get into another place that my wife wanted to introduce me to. There wasn’t a huge selection of bagels but there certainly was room to experiment. Our order was taken quickly although they had to make another pot of house blend. The poppy seed bagel was good although next time I’ll ask them to run it through twice. The wife was disappointed she had to grab a bottled ice tea from a limited selection. The coffee was good although we had to remind them we ordered one but in their defense it was getting busy. The ‘line starts here”sign was kind of confusing as it seemed it actually ended there.

West end bagels is one of my favorite bagel spots. Usually you get a lot of cream cheese on your bagel. Was highly disappointed today (6/26) at the bagel i received. Almost no cream cheese. I ordered 3 bagels and all were like this.

Food was terrible. They messed my order up and then when I asked for a remake she was extremely rude. They ended up remaking my bagel and somehow made it worse. I love bagels and trust I will not be back and I will be spreading the word on how horrible the service and food itself was .. if you like GOOD bagels and GOOD service head over to uncommon grounds !!!! Locations in Albany and CP!!! Aswell as Troy I believe.
