Long wait times, but once you get in, the food comes out pretty quick. However, if you want custard tarts, order early as they run out when it’s getting closer to their end time. The custard tarts were not flaky like usual Chinese Dim Sum, but ok. Food is okay, but when you consider how much it costs, it should be better. I rated the service 2 stars because of the long wait and they forgot to put in one of our orders. Be sure to order your food using their ordering site so that you get what you want.

Food was good, atmosphere very nice. Super clean and decorated well. Serving sizes average and a bit pricey for what you get. Left full but not stuffed. I think we’d go back for another try.

Food was okay, but too expensive for the quality. I know there is Hawai price, but Chinatown is cheaper and better. Condiments provided were not what you’d expect from a dim sum place.

BUT, we got the soup dumplings and they were absolutely RAW. Like my wife’s stomach after hurt and she threw up RAW. They took the dumplings off… thanks I guess… but offered no further apologies than that. I don’t expect much but… man it was bad. The juices were literally red/pink inside.

Service was average. Nothing above and beyond, but nothing sticking out as bad.

Atmosphere too big and open with little to no decorations. Didn’t fit the vibe.

Overall, don’t recommend. There are better places in Hawaii and nearby, and better eat those than get food poisoning.

Ordered the Wagyu Chow Mein and Pork Hash. Enjoyed both. Will be back to try more.
This is a very convenient option for anyone staying at the Embassy Suites in Kapolei. Access either through the hotel lobby or on the front sidewalk.

If you are used to having the ladies walk around with the carts full of goodies then this wouldn’t be for you. Everything is made to order. A little wait never killed nobody. We got there right when they opened and there was already 4 different parties seated and service was quick. Food was ono besides the skins for the dumplings like the har gaw, soup dumpling, half moon didn’t have a chew like im used to instead it was a bit mushy. Did someone say Taro puff, yes please! Wagyu fried rice is winnahz and the chow fun was lack luster but you could taste that beef tallow which made it really ono. Other then that no real complaints. I hope in the future that they would expand on their menu and offer the cart experience vs ordering. Oh 1 more thing! If you plan on ordering the custard tarts don’t wait till the end order it while you’re eating other things because we waited at the end and when she brought it out it was PIPING HOT and hard to eat. So order it early so it can cool down lol.

Don’t go here yet. They’re obviously not ready to serve people. The waiting period for food is to long. Asked for vinegar or chili. Waitress said “sorry we don’t have those we just open”. Menu is very limited. Short staff. I didn’t get to taste the food because we walked out due to long waiting period. Obviously they’re not prepared. I was actually excited to try them but they need to improve their service. People are waiting outside. Initially we were seated and told that they won’t be taking our order for the next 25 minutes. That is not including the waiting time on when you’re going to get your food. We went at 1:30pm 9n Sunday.

Long wait. Not enough servers. Only have a few selections. There were only a few pieces of beef on chow fun. The rest were scrapes. Beef was hard to chew.

The food is okay, but the portions are smaller and more expensive than regular dim sum.
