We’ve had breakfast here many times over the past few years and it’s always great. Service is good, food is good, fairly priced, etc.
We’ve enjoyed the breakfast bowl, omelets and eggs Benedict. They also have a breakfast buffet sometimes (maybe weekends only?). Tammy always takes great care of us when we’re visiting.
You should definitely check them out if you’re in the area!

Food was really good but our waitress took our order and brought us our drinks then never came back…… ever. The chef brought our food to us and our waitress was more concerned with a table of 13 to ever come back. No refills on coffee or water, no asking if our food was ok or anything, wouldn’t even look our direction.
Now the other waitress seemed super friendly. I can’t remember her name but I overheard her mentioning she had 5 kids (I hate to describe her by this but I didn’t catch her name) that waitress is good. She was friendly, interacting with customers and noticed that we needed help and our waitress wasn’t doing it.

Food was delicious, service was awesome and the nostalgia in the decor was interesting to look at.
The server saved me from leaving my purse behind when I left. She ran it out to me. I would of been lost not remembering when I forgot it since I am from another state.

We went to the West E Diner this morning for breakfast by chance (checked the map to see what places were nearby), and decided to give the Diner a try. The meal was SO delicious, the prices were great, the service was amazing and the place was immaculate! Literally one of the best meals I’ve had in a long time. The West E Diner is now part of our South Hills visit tradition!

Cute diner with a school theme. Breakfast food was really good and affordable. Definitely left full and with take home boxes. Staff were friendly and it’s a very relaxed atmosphere.

Great food at reasonable prices! Can’t recommend this place highly enough. The food is great, locations is interesting, and people are friendly. Worth a drive even if you don’t live nearby. Great meal for a family of four for $50.00. Try the Dill Pickle Soup! Yum!

If I could give negative starts I most certainly would. I have never been to a restaurant where service hygiene was an issue. The food was disgusting. The female cook came out, walked passed us and smelled like cigarettes and a bar from the night before. It was absolutely gross. We couldn’t even eat our breakfast after we seen and smelled the cook. Absolutely appalled, we will never return. I understand the standards in west Elizabeth are low but this was completely offensive and unacceptable.
