I came in wanting to try this place out. Other locations were great and this was close to home. I ordered an 8 inch chicken pesto sandwich. I was the only one who ordered it and it took over 10 minutes for me to finally get my sandwich. If there was a crowd, I can understand the delay in the food, but considering that I was the only one here, how do you explain it taking over 10 minutes for a sandwich? Jersey Mike’s or even Togos is not this bad. For a new location, I expected more, but left disappointed. I should’ve read the reviews for this before coming here. It really is this bad.

The restaurant was very clean with friendly service.
I ordered the broccoli soup and a club salad. It came with a couple pieces of sourdough bread, which was warm and fresh; however I did not come with butter, which I was a little surprised about.
The broccoli Soup was very delicious with big chunks of broccoli the salad was also good but had big pieces of lettuce which should have be cut up.
Pricing like everything else these days is High so be prepared for a sticker shock

My wife and I have come to this location many times, and have even ordered to go before and Everytime it always tastes fresh and well prepared. We prefer to go in for a dining experience because the staff is incredibly friendly and make you feel welcome. The staff manager was extremely friendly and even told me about additional toppings on the menu I had no idea about that I could add to my sandwich to make it my own.
Couldn’t recommend this place enough, always clean and well taken care of as well.

Do you want a good sandwich? They are great sandwiches! They’re not Baristas, but their coffee is decent because it’s a Peet’s product. Just tell him how you want it stronger week or whatever you’ll like. Their tea is interesting. And it’s pretty good.!

I ordered the Balsamic Italian sandwich, which is supposed to be a signature item. I was honestly shocked to pay $16 for a 4-inch meal — especially when it didn’t even come with vegetables. No one asked if I wanted veggies, and I’ve never had an Italian sandwich without them before.
The service was disappointing as well. The staff came across as rude and unwelcoming. I even felt uncomfortable when they were speaking another language in front of me — it made the experience feel awkward and unprofessional.
I asked for a refund and decided to go to Panera instead. I ordered the Toasted Italiano there, and it came fully loaded with vegetables and meat — exactly what I expected from an Italian sandwich.
Unfortunately, I won’t be returning to West Coast Sourdough. The food was overpriced, the service was poor, and the overall experience was frustrating. I would give negative stars if that were possible. I recommend others think twice before visiting. I believe the business will close in a year or so BET!!!!!

Entered restaurant. No greeting.. only one other customer before me who had already ordered. Ordered bacon egg breakfast sandwich. Also ordered small white chocolate mocha. They tried to upsell to larger size then forgot what I ordered; Had to repeat. Mocha was hot, tasted hot and good, but was expecting it to be sweeter. Breakfast sandwich very small on marbled rye. Meat hot, eggs refrigerator cold (must not be real eggs). Have ordered lunch and dinner before. Will most likely not return, due to skimpy portions and receiving cold breakfast.

I have been getting sandwiches (the same ones) from here for over a year. I love it, we’ve done dine in, take-out and had deliveries. I’ve never been disappointed! For atmosphere I rated 4 stars because in the fall/winter it’s too cold to dine-in.

I believe it was the owners who served me, very friendly! I came in for a iced Hanvana Cappuccino. The establishment is clean, and inviting. Coffee delicious. Will be back to get a sub ☺️.
