At West Brattleboro Pizza we study the science of making the perfect pizza. A Pizza must have a solid foundation, so let’s talk about the crust. We make our own dough daily, in small batches to ensure freshness. We have to plan ahead because we let our dough rise to give our crust depth without heaviness. We use only the freshest flour, sugars, salts, and virgin oils available. Our dough mixer is only a few feet from where it will be baked to perfection in our brick slab oven. This is what makes it possible for us to deliver the best taste in pizza!

We were traveling with 5 kids and 3 adults, stopped for lunch. We spent over $100. the staff complained they would have to clean up after children. My son in law was very upset as we thought of all places a pizza joint would be welcoming to families. The Mediterranean pizza had kale not spinach as advertised. Food was not tasty.

We looked at the menu online as we are staying here from out of town. I called and ordered and drove 12 minute to pick it up. We calculated the cost to about $45 based on the online prices and sales tax etc. When I paid for my food I was charge $65. Due to rushing I didn’t realize it. When I got back to my hotel I looked at my slip and was shocked, so I called them immediately. I was give attitude and told “our pricing on our website is not correct sooo yeah. We have printed menus here for a reason and the pricing on door dash is more accurate.” I pretty much just hung up. The food was awful. My 7 year old refused to eat his pizza because it was that gross, so I tried a piece and knew there was no way any of us would eat that pizza. I ordered a Gyro grinder because I don’t care for the gyro wrap……. But I got a straight up gyro. And due to it not being wrapped properly it was spilling out everywhere. My mom had wings and those weren’t too bad, but the cheesecake was not good either. I could have looked past the qaulity if they weren’t rude about their pricing issues. In NH, restaurants don’t have out of date online menus. And if by chances a price is off they do the right thing and give us the items for the price listed on their website.
