The absolute worst deli I’ve ever been to. I like to give places a few chances before writing reviews, and this place is garbage. Not only do they consistently get orders wrong, but they take 30+ minutes to ruin your order. No matter if you call ahead or walk in, if they’re busy or slow, they are delayed in taking orders, making them, and then getting them to the right person.
For all the delis in the area, pick somewhere else. You’re guaranteed to be frustrated after leaving this deli, save yourself and find another deli.

Ordered online at 10:25am via their DoorDash link, but picked it up myself.
Order was to be ready at 10:50am. I arrived at 11:00am, and the order wasn’t on the counter. I waited 5mins and then inquired where my order was.
The staff member had it in their pocket, not being processed. So I had to WAIT an additional 20 mins for my 5 breakfasts to be filled. Which one of the sandwiches I ordered was on a bagel and not on a roll as requested. I wasn’t going back to complain. I don’t live around the corner.
I had requested a manager but the claim was, “we are too busy.” REALLY?! A regular customer dissatisfied with service requesting a manager and you are two busy?! I had requested 6 plain bagels for the inconvenience, and was denied.
Ok, no problem. Time to fine a new bagel place.
This place is going downhill under the new management. And my family and I have been going there the past 20 years.

Got a bagel with vegetable cream cheese. Bagel is pretty good, cream cheese is okay (nothing special but good) but I received the lightest schmeer of cream cheese and was charged $5
