My boyfriend found this place on TikTok for their Birria Ramen and tacos and it was 10/10! I expected it to be more Americanized since it’s in the Medical Center mall area, but the food was super authentic with huge, loaded portions of birria.
You have to try the Horchata, rich cinnamon-caramel flavor We also loved the Street Corn and the Trio Platter (guac, salsa, queso + nachos).
Clean atmosphere, friendly staff, and we had a great experience! ✨

Y’all when I say this is the best birra taco I’ve ever had. I’m being serious. Their steak is so tender. You get so much food and prices are amazing! The service there is beyond amazing! Not many tables to eat at but the food is definitely worth it! Thank yall so much

I will be dreaming about this place. I wish I lived around here! Unbelievable. The food was out of this world. Seasoned so well, detailed, delicious. Great prices, great atmosphere, their patio is gorgeous… I cannot say enough about this place. We are going to work through their menu as much as we can this weekend! 100000/10 HIGHLY recommend. I will be back tomorrow!

Finally tried West 22 Tacos
I liked it but didn’t love it. The Mexican street corn was AMAZING! The cheese dip was also AMAZING! (So thick and creamy, not runny) I don’t love how SUPER thick the chips were, I’ve truly never had anything like that. Almost hurt to chew then they were THAT thick. The tacos were just okay.

To start it was very clean and relaxed. The outside area was fun and inviting and we always enjoy playing corn hole.
The staff was very kind and inviting. It genuinely seemed like they enjoyed being there and cared about our whole experience.
We had a ton of food and literally everything was good, great, or incredible. The corn was juicy and had tons of flavor. The nachos might have been the best we’ve ever eaten. We also got the taco sampler which was so awesome. Highly recommend. The guacamole was super fresh and delicious. The tacos were amazing and the variety of flavors was super fun. We had the churros for dessert and they were incredible. Definitely a must get item!
The only thing I wish was different is that they sold their bottled sauces. Each of the sauces they make were great and I’d love to take some home.
We can’t wait to go back and share this place with other friends.

The tacos were fantastic! As a vegetarian, there aren’t many restaurants that offer meatless options that taste as good/ have the same vibe. So, it was a total surprise and an immediate add to my favorites list when I had the Chipotle-lime califlower tacos. Actually one of the best tacos I have ever had! Very nice people, reasonable prices!

If you have never had good tacos, this is the place to go. My wife and I went in for the first time to try all tacos and determine if this was a good option for repeat business. We ordered the “Macho Taco Platter” to Sample one of each taco. I highly suggest this is an option for anyone visiting for the first time. You will get each Taco as well as guacamole and chips. This will give you an opportunity to determine which ones you would like to revisit on your next excursion.
Warning: their desserts are absolutely outstanding. They’re cinnamon roll churros actually brought a tear to my wife’s eye. They reminded her of when she was a child growing up running around the streets with a churros in her hand. We have tried many churros over years, this is the first time this response has ever been elicited.
All in all, the establishment is very clean and well kept. The decorations are not gaudy and improve the ambiance.
In short, I highly suggest location as the food is very tasteful, well presented, and absolutely delicious. We absolutely revisit this establishment!
