If I could put a negative 0 stars, I would!! I ordered sweet and sour chicken from this place, and what I got was absolutely NOT that. The meat was plain and tasted like raw fish in flour dough, most of it was consisted of bread crumbs shell or whatever they use to fry their meat-kind. I called the office and the guy at the front gave the phone to the person who I assume made this nasty food and he started shouting and acting all ignorant! The food is nasty! the customer service is nastier!!

I should have listened to the reviews. Ordered Egg foo young, came with no brown gravy. I’m not sure if they just forgot it or the gravy tariffs are too high

This hurts my heart to write bad review , however I feel like I have too. The food use to be really good here and I’m not sure what happened. I ordered combination fried rice and it was terrible. The beef was small as if it was ground beef. I feel like they’re chopping other beef smaller or either grinding it up for a better profit . I was disgusted. I really use to enjoy this place and tell everyone I knew that this was the best Chinese carry out in Laurel. Unfortunately, not anymore . I think I’m done with Wenny’s.

The triple delight came as a regular fried rice when it’s usually a platter. My general tsos shrimp came with no top but a piece of aluminum foil and a rubber band but food was not fully covered (unsanitary). General tsos shrimp came fried but the sauce was on the side instead of blended. The white rice tasted so bad I couldn’t eat it. I don’t know if they changed owners but they left a bad taste in my mouth literally!

This was my first time at Wenny’s. The place was immaculate, the food was excellent, and the employee taking the order was helpful and friendly. I recommend coming here for a nice dinner.

I’m going to give them a two star because I’ve been coming there since I was 16 years old The new owners need to teach their employees how to be more cleaner The guy came from outside from doing deliveries walked in did not wash his hands put on no gloves and started preparing people food started picking up people’s chicken and touching people’s food I think that’s absolutely disgusting that’s trifling I don’t even know if I’m go back Y’all please be careful ordering from here if you don’t see them I made that man go in there wash his hands and put on gloves because I was going to cancel my whole entire order if he touched it.

Horrible customer service and experience. After a long day I placed an order for 3 wings and fries. The fries were fine, but two/three of my pieces of chicken were bleeding and uncooked. I called them and asked for a refund and they told me they could only give me store credit. I then asked for a refund for my meal, he told me if I drove up there he possibly could work something out because it was no one in the store to refund me but by the time I get there it would be. I know he was lying because he kept muting me to get coaching on what to respond while talking to me. Customer service was disgusting and even told me bring the wings tomorrow or the next day. Never supporting this place again

Complain and was told the boss didn’t want to do anything about it. Goes to show they don’t care about the customers or the satisfaction of the food they serve.
Was told to bring food back and they would re-cook this is so concerning on multiple levels.

Ordered steak and cheese sub (whole and half). Sandwiches so small they’re the size for my one year old grandson. To make matters worst. They still didn’t put hardly any meat on it. Also had two orders of fries and order of nuggets. 50.00 for that. Last time for me.

Yuck. I was looking for a place to have lunch. I always try the mom and pop places first. I waked in and thought a greasy spoon always has good food. The counter had plexiglass hanging from the ceiling. It was so greasy I had to step to the side to see him. He asked me if I wanted a whole or a half. I opted for the whole. The menu only mentions the price of the half. When I got my order, I was surprised at the price. I wasn’t expecting it to be so expensive because they only listed the half size. They do not carry diet soda. I asked for a cup of water and they said they don’t give out water. He pointed to the refrigerator case for me to buy a bottle of water. I was about to tell him to keep the sub, but I cooled down. Then I got a bottle of water, I was charged the usual price. When I saw the bottle was from a bulk package from the grocery store, I once again wanted to give back my sub. They wrapped the sub nicely. When I got the sub, I had phone call I needed to make, so I ate the fries at an additional cost. The sub leaked through the wrapping and the bread became soggy. My hands were so greasy by the time I finished. The napkins they give out were the cheapest possible napkins you can get. They didn’t even remove the grease. My hands were just as greasy without using the napkins. Is it they feel that giving the cheapest possible napkins and utensils going to break the bank if they splurged? Between the bulk water, cheap napkins, misleading menu board, and dirty beyond reasonably acceptable, horrible degrades the word horrible. Run don’t walk away
