I’ve been to Niagara many times, and I honestly don’t know why this Wendy’s never caught my attention before. The location is absolutely excellent, and I’m really glad I noticed it this time. I’ll definitely be happy to share this experience with friends.
I placed my order online through my phone, and the prices were very reasonable — nothing to complain about. The food was prepared very well: everything was fresh, tasty, and done just right.
The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the interaction with the staff. I completely understand that not everyone can be in a good mood all the time, but unfortunately the entire staff seemed to be in a bad mood that day. I don’t want to interfere or speculate, but it felt like this could be related to management or understaffing, especially considering how busy this location can be.
Would I come back? Absolutely. I really liked this place. I love Wendy’s wherever it is, so this didn’t ruin my overall impression.

Wendy’s is located in the centre of Niagara Falls Ontario only a short walk from the Falls. It is surrounded by many retail outlets, including movie land, adventure, city, Niagara, brewing, Ruby Tuesday, ice cream shops, gift shops, and so many other places. It’s a typical Wendy’s in terms of the menu, but it’s located earshot from the Falls. It’s a very busy area both in terms of vehicular and foot traffic so there is definitely no parking available.

It’s honestly hard to find a decent place to eat around Niagara Falls — most of the fancy restaurants feel outdated, and some even have an off-putting smell that makes you turn right back around.
We decided to give Wendy’s a try, and we were really impressed! The food was fresh and tasty, the place was clean, and the atmosphere was actually enjoyable. It was a simple, no-stress meal that hit the spot.
Definitely recommend it if you’re in the area and just want good food in a clean setting without the fuss.

We had a great time at Niagara Falls and had great burgers in Wendy’s. The service was quick and the team was friendly. We ordered a Dave’s burger, and it was the classic we know and love—hot, juicy, and delicious. This is our go-to for a reliable, satisfying burger, and this visit was no exception.

I was looking for their chicken nuggets but sadly this store did not offer any so I went for the Spicy Chicken Sandwich instead. The bread itself was quite dry but the fries were hot and crispy.
Line at the self-help drinking machine was long throughout the half an hour I was there. And one of the machines broke down so that made the wait even longer. Tried the Fanta fruit punch which was the worst, tasted just like cough medicine.

Fast service but cold food and they don’t even bother…The staff is extremely rude especially the guy with curly hair.. when you complain they refuse to identify themselves with names.

This is one of my favorite places to have a meal (fast food). THE VIEW IS AMAZING!! You can sit in the front part and enjoy the falls view. It’s next to the arcade place, the menu is great, the prices are fair. One thing I don’t like is that the staff is frequently moody and its understandable because they are providing service to way many people. Cleaning could be improved, too.

I had a really good two mini chicken wraps here at wendys. The real struggle was figuring out how to operate these ridiculous self serve QR code mobile operating freaking soft drink machines. My god was this a pain in the butt, it would constantly stop and start working, or it would only dribble out an ants worth of hydration. The food was good anyways, and the dining area is pretty huge

Despite the busyness this restaurant still appears clean and functional. It offers a really large seating area with a self serve drink machine that contains a surprising amount of flavors.
Service was quick but portions are pretty small. I understand that speed is probably their goal in serving because of the rush but it really lets the customer down. Also prices here seem to have increased relative to other locations.
