They are very often out of menu items. Today they are completely out of lemonade and Frosty Fusions. This has happened in the recent past as well. About two months ago, I ordered a Vanilla Frosty, and it didn’t right at all. They offered me a Chocolate one which tasted okay, but not great. I’ve always had good service at the Seward Highway and Benson location, but not this one. The staff is not very concerned about making improvements from what I can see. Buyer Beware!!

Absolutely worst fast food Ive ever eaten. I cant believe they even put it in the bag. Im usually very understanding but wow Im telling you. Absolutely dried out. Every single thing I got. Crusty dry. And the chicken was horrendous. Dried out and hard and crusty. Obviously its the workers not the company itself but its bad. Someone needs to get fired

Holy moly bro. I placed a mobile order because NONE of the Wendy’s in AK know how to take orders and they still managed to get it wrong I got a whole different sandwich and the fries were overcooked to hell. When I pulled up at the window, the worker just opened the window and stared at me waiting FOR ME TO SAY SOMETHING?? But unlike her, I smiled and let her know I had a mobile order. She was rude and didn’t greet me or anything. I waited 10 minutes in line for 2 sandwiches was and 2 fries… It’s like this in every Wendy’s in Anchorage too. What the hell is management doing for it to get this bad??

Ordered through app. They didn’t have two items on the menu. I wasn’t given a refund instead had to call the customer care line. Agent #1 said the manager will give me a call. Fast forward three weeks no one called so I called the care line again. This time agent #2 was rude treating me like I was an inconvenience to call regarding this matter. He offered $5 credit. I informed him that the amount is lesser than what I wasnt given. He said the product has no price on receipt. Well the items I had were a large chilies and Oreo vanilla frosty which amounted more than that. A

Horrible is NOT a strong enough word. I’ve never left a review for a fast food place before but I’m literally standing at the counter writing this. Staff is rude. Cash register isn’t working. They’re out of almost every item. Took 20 mins to get nuggets. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY.

This place looks brand new after a recent renovation. The service is a little slow for a fast food place. Actually while I’m writing this review I’m realizing that I’ve had enough time to stand here and write this before gettingy food. I can’t resist stopping though because there isn’t one in Homer. You just have to get a spicy chicken sandwich!!!!

Here I am posting a negative review on fast food. You know it’s bad when I’m taking time to write this: no ice in the iced tea, waited 3 Taylor Swift songs for one combo and two kids meals, everything shoved in one bag except the kids toys- they were missing. I had to pull around and go in to ask for the toys, where the employee was incredibly rude. He claimed being short staffed caused the attendant (who he repeatedly said wasn’t him as if I didn’t remember 2 minutes ago) to not communicate to me they were out of toys. I’m not surprised there is short staff or a shortage of supplies in AK at all, but there’s zero excuse to not give me what I paid for without simply telling me they are out. It’s pathetic we can’t even treat people with basic courtesy anymore. A simple “sorry we’re out” could have gone a long way. My standards for fast food are on the literal floor and still wasn’t met. Do better Wendy’s. 7/1/25 11:40am.

Went to this location for breakfast around 930am on a Saturday and at first, it did not look like the restaurant was open. The lot was empty and you could not see if the lights were on. After I started to leave, a car pulled out from the drive through. So, I went to place an order (I should have left). I wanted to order a hot honey chicken biscuit, to which I was told “we haven’t had that in a while”. I said “how am I supposed to know that? why is it still on the menu?” I ended up ordering the original honey chicken biscuit instead. The cashier was very nonchalant. No greeting, just told me the amount of the order, took my payment, and then handed me the food. The biscuit was luke warm and had an unpleasant aftertaste. At the least, you would think that as slow as they were, that the meal would have at least been hot.

Slowest drive thru in town. Not uncommon to wait 5 minutes or more between cars. Food is hot and fresh but slow.
