Drive thru with an online order 5 cars directed out of line to park and wait. Took almost 20 minutes to get a cold order. What is happening at this location? If they’re understaffed due to the holiday, don’t take it out on the customers- close that day.

Me and my sister went around 7:30 pm tonight. The guy taking our order was nice but that’s about it. When we pulled to the window to grab our food the lady seemed to be in a bad mood already, asked us to pull forward. When I did, I guess it wasn’t forward enough for her so she yelled “get off your phone” out the window. Not the worst but she could’ve been nicer. When she came to give us our food I was trying to be nice and just said thank you as I grabbed the bag and she just rolled her eyes. When we got home we saw that it wasn’t even the correct order. We ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwich combos and they gave us some hamburgers, and chicken nuggets. This was my first time at this place and it was such a bad experience. These employees need to be retrained in customer service.

We showed up at about 9:30pm (almost closing time). We were treated well and we were not rushed out the door. Food was accurate and the person who handed us our order was very polite and made us feel welcome ( I don’t remember his name but he had glasses). I’m pretty loyal to Wendys. Food and prices are well balanced. The above average customer service is what made me put the extra effort to write this review. Thank you!

I tried to order a chicken wrap meal. The lady told me they were out of grilled chicken, I asked to substitute crispy chicken instead. They tried to charge me $12 for the meal, then another $5 for the crispy chicken. I canceled my meal and wasn’t very happy. This was all after waiting a long time for her to take our order or even acknowledge me.

I try to not leave bad reviews unless they’re absolutely deserving of one. This Wendy has. Tile and time again they’re out of food, getting my order wrong, or not giving the correct amount of food. Today i got two 10 piece nuggets (see picture). Each of those containers had 7 pieces. How can you fail to deliver time after time? It’s not rocket science to give the customer what they ordered

I eat here often when I’m in town. I find it distracting when employees are being interviewed by managers just feet away from me as I try to enjoy a meal. Please be aware of your customers.
