Wendy’s has completely downgraded their hamburgers. A lettuce wrapped burger no longer uses leaf lettuce. The regular lettuce is now shredded lettuce and the lettuce used for wrapping is now a bunch of pieces. See picture below of the cheap junky lettuce. Avoid this place and other Wendy’s.

Upon arrival, I observed the order placed on an unsupervised, unheated shelf in the lobby. The food was cold, and staff declined to provide information regarding how long the items had been left at room temperature. When I raised this concern, the manager attributed the temperature to my arrival time and refused to remake the order.
Leaving unattended food in a high-traffic area poses significant health risks and appears to be in violation of WAC 246-215-03530 (FDA Food Code 3-501.19) regarding time and temperature as a public health control.

I usually don’t eat fast food but I decided that I would today and I stopped at this Wendy’s on my way home from my doctors appointment, I ordered a burger and some fries and it was really fresh and juicy, the staff were very friendly and the person who helped me was named Max, he was very polite and quick with my order. Only thing I would say is one guy was very rude employees and was holding up other customers, which the staff handled as best as they could, but good food and timing.

Don’t waste your money. Sloppy burgers that are oversaturated with sauce, and they skimp on veggies for the burgers. Always will forget your crackers and sour cream and spoon and napkins for the chili. Whenever you go thru drive thru and ask for ketchup they say ok and it’s never in the bag. Employees rush you when ordering. Corporate needs to work on this. This has been happening for years. Also just read the doordash reviews.

I ordered 10 Sons of Baconator. Each burger had 2 half pieces of bacon. That’s not even a son of a burger with bacon. At almost $8 a piece, you would think that it would. I also ordered a taco salad. My lettuce was black and slimy. The fries were way too salty. The people in the store were rude, and the manager basically called me a liar about the amount of bacon on the burgers. I am quite capable of counting to 2. For $130, I expect better. I won’t be buying food there again anytime soon.

Really nice Wendy’s just off I-5 in north Vancouver WA. Very clean. The crew was great and got our order to us fast. Keegan went above and beyond helping with our order and keeping the lobby clean.

Nothing but good things about this place honestly, the chili is still amazing! It’s very clean inside. Really big chairs. Lots of seats. Big big open windows. A large screen to pick up your order in case you are deaf or hard of hearing. The place has super nice outdoor seating and is just generally a joy to be at. I wished the menu text and photos were larger. And I miss the old menu style and the older interior design language. But the food is still Great. And you will like the atmosphere. WiFi has good speed and works well. Overall? It’s pretty busy during lunch. But I only waited about 5 min. Put your order in online for fastest service. Overall? Solid place to catch a quick bite to eat. Well done! And the area is nice as well. Very clean!

told us to park on front for our order so i went after almost 10 mins went by, my kids went in there to see if it was ready and they were very rude to my kids and yall were not busy AT ALL. THEY NEED BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING
