Came in about 1030 last night hungry after driving all day. The girl working was so insanely rude… (Noones forcing you to work at Wendy’s ya know). Our bacon double stacks lacked bacon, and when I asked for a couple sauces for our nuggets, she acted like it came out of her 401k. It’s insane how bad customer service really can be. I’m not trying to make best friends but holy cow, if you’re that miserable you definitely warrant a terrible review. Also no receipt so how convenient is that. Hope she moves on to a job she doesn’t despise, for her sake, and for the customers sake.

Wendy’s drive through was running very slow today. The food was very good and the three women working all had smiles on there faces. My only complaint is the 30 minutes we had to wait for food when going through the drive through.

I eat at Wendy’s all over, and I always use the app to order. For some reason at this location I came in and waited a long time, and nothing. I finally approached the counter and asked the manager what was going on, and she said I was supposed to let them know that I was there. The thing is, I do that through the app, signaling them to prepare the food on arrival. Not in this location. Very frustrating. The location is due for a remodel and also, only part of the dining room was open, which was full, so I was forced to eat in my car. The food was fresh and delicious tho, so all was not lost.

Don’t try the strawberry Frosty it’s nasty. It tastes nothing like strawberry. I am also gluten free so I ordered a hamburger without the bun. I got these flimsy pieces of lettuce and no condiments. I won’t go there again and we’ll stick to Carl’s jr. If I venture out again which I almost never do because I have celiac disease. I really didn’t have any choice though because I was with my family.

In my opinion Wendy’s is at the top for major fast food restaurants. This location like most the locations in my area has always served me hot food with no complaints, the drive thru can get busy but just order on the app and go inside for pickup

Dropped by late easter Sunday while traveling with the family. Tyler, specifically, was fantastic great customer service and his crew made the food hot / fresh and delicious. I don’t often go the Wendy’s, but this experience will change that.

I’ve been going here for awhile to just have cheap meals, and everytime I’ve been there to ask for extra sauce they never give it. No matter how many times I remind them. I always ask for extra sauce and I just.. don’t get it. It’s the only extra thing I ever ask.

Restaurant smells dirty, tables are sticky. Cashier purposely tries to act like a robot. Soda fountain is hidden behind employee counter. Dirty COVID-19 plastic deflectors at counter still hanging on for dear life. Horrible Wendy’s stay away.
