It was SO cold in the dining area that we couldn’t even sit down. After driving for hours in the rain, we needed a break and were looking forward to sitting and having lunch. It’s the end of November and they don’t have the heat on. We ended up asking them to bag it, and sat in our car to eat. Pretty sad when you pay so much for fast food and they can’t even turn on the heat. TURN ON THE HEAT and make your guests comfortable!!

So tired of corporations changing recipes under the pretext of affordablity. The only reason to change the recipe of their chili adding beans. Was to put more money in their pockets.
Their chili sucks bad now. I won’t order it ever again until it changed back to the original Dave’s recipe.

Service was good, as they did not force me to use the kiosk like the Bell does. Food was average compared to the other locations. Just ate chili, burgers, fries, etc.Temperature inside was a little cooler for being winter. Might be a problem for older patrons. Overall average

When someone makes an order for a large combo and the app glitches and orders a small drink, it would be nice if the employees actually rectified the issue instead of argued with you about it. I literally verified on the app before placing the order it was all large and the app glitched. No difference in combo price, just arrogance. Customer service and respect are obviously fleeting at this location. Literally go to any other Wendy’s.

On Friday, November 15th, around 8 PM, we ordered six different burger meals through the app to make things easier for everyone and went into the restaurant to eat. However, the restaurant was unacceptably cold, and the cashier’s attitude was very unhelpful. Three of our burgers were incorrect; one burger was supposed to be plain but came with toppings, requiring us to request a replacement. Additionally, two of our Big Bacon Classics arrived without any bacon. Instead of properly addressing the issue, the staff simply handed us two thin slices of bacon cut in half to add ourselves.
While we were eating, the same dismissive cashier shook out a dirty rug less than four feet from our table, doing this inside the restaurant instead of outside. He even went to the other entrance to shake out another rug, which is entirely unsanitary inside a restaurant where patrons are eating, and food is being prepared and stored! Overall, this experience was entirely unsatisfactory, and it should be addressed.

Used to be serving freshly made burgers and fries. Tonight, I got a cold bacon cheese burger without bacons and cold crunchy fries. Very disappointing. The service was good as always.

Fries weren’t even crispy more so limp as if they were sitting out. Glad they weren’t supper soggy, but didn’t eat any after the first one. The chicken sandwich was sad, very little meat inside the crispy chicken.

Is the first in YEARS that I walk to a fast food place expecting the “ok” place and I was greatly impressed with the cleanliness, the person that took our order was nice and friendly, the food was freshly made, bathrooms clean (with paper towels, soap, toilet paper) and the floors were not sticky. Keep the hard work , this team is doing GREAT!!!

We went to Wendy’s and the order was VERY SIMPLE and when we got our food it was all wrong they gave us the wrong order next time we’re going to McDonald’s. Person in drive thru needs to be retrained.

Sometimes they get it right, sometimes not. I had two double stacks. The recipe is a perfect combination of beef, cheese, and a slice of onion. One was cooked right, one was cooked to death (think shoe leather). Fries are good. Drinks are dispensed from a multi-drink machine with 60(?) options so, kind of weak on the syrup. Server gave us the wrong drink cup and someone elses burger, new trainee?
