This is for the manager Holly if you’re going to be in charge, at least act like it. Management should look and behave professionally, but the overall presentation and attitude felt careless and unprepared. Hair not even brushed, demeanor completely dismissive, and zero sense of leadership. When the person running the shift looks and acts like they don’t want to be there, it shows in the entire experience. Do better.

I have zero issues with this restaurant or their food quality. My issue lies with the manager.
On 1/29 I placed an almost $70 order online to be picked up.
I realized after placing the order I had forgotten to take the mayo off of the sandwich.
As somebody who works in food service I know thay when I need a refund/replacement I need to contact doordash rather than the resturant, however since neither of these issues were the case I contacted the resturant directly.
At first I was greeted by an employee who answered the phone by saying “Wendys”. No “Hello” or any form of greeting.
Whenever I explained the situation I was told “hold on” just to be passed to another person who greeted me by saying “Wendys.”
I again explained the situation but this time was told I needed to contact doordash because theres nothing they can do for me.
There was a bit of a language barrier so I explained to them I think they may have misunderstood me, and explained again all I needed was for somebody to make sure no mayo was put on the burger that had not yet been made.
The employee argued with me that they did know what I was saying and that I needed to contact doordash because they weren’t going to do anything for me.
I then asked to speak to a manager because I work in food service and this is not at all how I would’ve handled this situation. She said she is the manager and then hung up on me.
This was extreamly rude and unprofessional and if this is how the manager of this establishment is conducting themselves I will not be returning.

The app said the dining room was open and I placed my order around 6pm. When we arrived the doors were locked, with no signs on the door about it. We walked to the other side of the building, which was also locked with no signs. Customers were eating inside. An employee was sitting in the dining room and observed us trying the doors repeatedly. I called the restaurant and they said I had to go through the drive through. A deaf individual also came to the doors and they were unwilling to serve him. Because he wasn’t driving they said he couldn’t even utilize the drive through to pick up his order. My family member has disability challenges that make eating in the car difficult, but we tried the drive through anyways, waiting for 10 minutes without moving. My order switched to being shown as picked up even though we never even made it to the drive through speaker. I called to cancel my order and get a refund as I hadn’t received my food, and she said I couldn’t get a refund without calling the corporate line, despite them never giving me my food. I called and it was not open.
I was charged for food that we did not receive. We had to drive to another town to find a Wendy’s with an open dining room.

⭐️ 1 Star – Horrible Service & Rude Employee (2/9/26)

I had one of the worst fast food experiences I’ve ever had at this Wendy’s on 2/9/26. The guy taking orders was extremely rude, acted like we were an inconvenience, and honestly shouldn’t be working with customers at all.

To make it worse, he was on his phone while working, which caused the line to move unbelievably slow. We waited close to 20 minutes just to get through the line because he was more focused on his phone conversation than doing his job.

When we finally got our food, our order was missing items, and on top of that we tried to asked for sauce (their was none in the bag) and he says “yeah you can have sauce for $1.10 -in a very rude/condescending tone” charged for sauces that should have been included for free since we ordered chicken nuggets is an absolute scam.

And to top it all off, when we finally received our food it was cold, like it had been sitting there forever.

Between the rude attitude, long wait, missing food, cold food, and being overcharged, this experience was beyond frustrating! I won’t be coming back, and I seriously hope management addresses this because it was unacceptable.

Ordered at 11:30pm. Nuggets were super old and very cold, and burger patty looked like it was sitting under a heater for hours. Also cold when I got home. Make sure to ask for FRESH food if you’re ordering during slower hours. This is so nasty.

The African-American lady working the cash register for the dining room on 11/16/25 @ 7:00PM is an absolute gem of a person. Fast food work is a thankless job. This lady was so polite and cheerful. I wish she had a name tag on so I could give her the credit she deserves. Positive energy is a hard thing to come across in that area. I hope her management reads this. Whoever you are, keep up the good work! Your attitude is noticed and appreciated

Also why did you get rid of all your good sauces, then add these mediocre ones you charge people for. Terrible. Don’t think I’ll be back to Wendy’s for a while

I got cold cheesy frys I’ve had issues with this location as well from door dash or drive though. If there’s more than 3 cars your in line for over 10 minutes even tho I live down the street I’d rather go to another place especially when you try to make sure you get the right order and they treat you poorly

The fries were nit as hot as I thought they could be, and still had some flavor. The menu board had a windows error, however that did not bring down the good service. I enjoyed the exchange with the manager after teasing her by asking, “is the frosty machine working?” She chuckled and asked, “are you sure you’re in the right place?” I got a kick out of that which is driving the high service rating. My classic chicken sandwich was ready fairly quick and she teased me about coming to get from behind the counter. Yep, I enjoyed the kidding around.
