I honestly feel bad for the kids that work at this place. This restaurant is so poorly managed that the employees really have no clue what’s going on. I just waited 45 min for a $23 order, giving them grace till I talked to the lady in front of me who had been waiting an hour for a $12 order. I never got my food because after 45 min I got a refund and left. When asked how much longer till we get our food, the kids working the window and counter told us there were about 50 active orders and we were still 12th in line. This restaurant prioritizes mobile and DoorDash orders over drive thru and in-person orders. The lack of communication with customers and complete lack of sense of urgency could only come from a place with terrible management. I would never return to this restaurant- we even warned the people going into the restaurant about the wait time and they turned around and left as well. Don’t waste your time or your money. McDonald’s is right around the corner if you’re in a hurry.

The food was ok, it used to be better. We had a problem with the ordering stand, it kept on crashing when we were trying to checkout. The tables are a little wobbly. This location needs a little upgrade:)

Food here is always decent and worth the money in comparison to competition by far. The flavor is spot on with fresh and deliciously paired ingredients. The over all value or bang for your buck ranks highest in fast-food and the new frosty selections are exactly what the menu needed to get customers reeled in the new caramel vanilla swirl is my only addiction ATM and Im headed out the door to get it as we speak! I’d u haven’t tried the new frosty’s your absolutely recommend them you won’t be disappointed and there’s plenty of choices guaranteed something for everybody! But cant end without mentioning that the junior bafom cheeseburger is the ol go to and hasn’t lost its position as winner for me its very inexpensive and is the best fast food burger in all areas of review. They should totally bring back those ghost pepper cheese sauce fries through because they were amazing and had.the right price tag!!

I went into this store last night for dinner before a movie. I then ate my dinner and by the time I made it to the movies, I was vomiting in the cinemark movie bathroom so badly a staff member came to see if I was ok. This morning, I called the store to tell them what happened the manager on duty who refused to give his first name , commented well unless you have the food to return, I can’t do anything. I was treated like this for $6.62. I literally don’t think anyone should be spoken to like that. Please don’t eat here and get food poisoning and then get to be spoken like this. Worst service and food ever. This is the first time in my life, I have ever had an issue at a Wendy’s .

So happy with Wendy so thankful grandkids with lot allergy can eat food there safe n when fries no salt cuz health ( kidney) they do ,some say won’t put on but do guess they don’t want make new fries ? N do happy for my grandson can eat safely never a problem ,n be teenager .thanks again.

Wendy’s offers typical fast food with a solid offering. The fries are particularly well seasoned and the burger also tastes delicious. Overall, a recommended choice for fast food fans.

This Wendy’s has gone out of it’s way to mess up my order every single time we have made a mobile order. I ask for a junior hamburger with only ketchup. They give me a cheeseburger. When I ask for a replacement they tell me it’s policy to put cheese on everything, even though there was no cheese listed on the ingredients list. This time, they sent us only half of our order. Both of our burgers were missing, and they put the FROZEN frosty in a WARM bag which resulted in it completely melting by the time we had received it. I feel like this Wendy’s sees my mobile order come in and goes, Oh yeah, we hate this guy, let’s make his day terrible. I don’t have a lot of money. I can’t afford y’all’s mistakes when you won’t even replace the missing food or the completely melted frosty or the burgers that should never even have cheese.

Poor service. I disclose that I was there to pick up an order. The guy act like he heard me. Get up to the window after waiting for the customers in front of me and they’re in their giggling and talking amongst themselves. After about 5 minutes they come to the window and asked if I’m there for a pickup. At this point I left.
